Are you tired of holding tension, lacking energy, or feeling overwhelmed? Life is demanding. Work doesn't stop. Calendars stay full. And somewhere in there, the space to reconnect with ourself disappears. This Full Moon at TAO, we're giving it back. Three modalities, one reset to support the body physically and energetically. Yin yoga opens the postures. Acupuncture (1–2 points per pose) moves the Qi and releases what's stuck. And @chiwithbri's sound healing settles the nervous system underneath it all. Ready to feel the shift? Reserve your spot today (link in the bio). Class begins at 7:15pm, Thursday, September 24.

A few weeks ago, the first two works from my new series, Inner Constellations, were featured at @fractal.soundbathsymphony The evening was beautiful. Sound, stillness, movement, and presence came together in a way that felt deeply aligned with the work. This series feels like a new direction for me. Still rooted in repurposed vinyl banners, but moving toward memory, sound, and inner mapping. Grateful to @chiwithbri @petroyama @instatan____ and everyone who made space for the work that evening. Thank @justinsettembrini for the amazing video 🙏🏾 More soon.
