A little look inside my instructor workshop captured by @so.social.content 🤍 A day of learning, refining and levelling up ❤️‍🔥 We dove into all things class planning, movement patterns, cueing and everything to take class experiences to the next level Because being a great instructor isn’t just about knowing the movements, it’s about understanding why, knowing how to communicate it and creating classes that keep clients coming back Thank you to all the girls who showed up for them selfs and were so open to learn 🩷 I said that was the last one but I fear we need one more before I leave 🤭 let me know if you want to attend one final workshop !! #pilateseducation #pilateseducator #pilatesinstructors #pilatesinstructor #pilates

For the last 5 days, so many of you have taken part in our Halfterm Challenge. They’ve been giving their bodies what they actually need. ✅ Stronger feet✅ Longer hamstrings✅ Happier hips✅ A more mobile spine✅ Full-body movement that feels good Because stiffness isn’t just “part of getting older.” It’s often a sign your body isn’t getting the movement variety it was designed for. In less than 20 minutes a day, these women have started reconnecting with their bodies, moving more freely and feeling better. And today is the final day of the Reset. If you’ve been watching from the sidelines thinking, “I need this”... This is your sign. Comment RESET or click the link before it closes. 🔥

We have been MIA on here but BUSY BUSY BTS qualifying lots of our students into the reformer Pilates industry 🙌🏽 Reformer Pilates Intensive February Course, what a week 🤩 Our students were amazing throughout our latest course, the creativity of their flows & hearing them transition a lot of the foundations and fundamentals from their mat Pilates qualification with us transferred onto the bed was special. Here at HD Education we have a 100% pass rate, the reason for this is: ⭐️ Small group training only (max 4-5 students per course) this allows for 1-1 / intimate training & to support each students needs ⭐️ Throughout practical days on courses, we observe & assess all students 1-1 through pre assessment trials to ensure they feel ready for their final assessment & we as assessors do too. Therefore we would never put a student forward for assessment until we know they are ready. ⭐️ We ensure each student has the support they need 24/7 in and outside of our courses to guarantee the highest quality standards and level of learning is achieved. If you are thinking about becoming a mat or reformer Pilates instructor this year, we have lots of different course dates to choose from. Our next available course date is JUNE! For more information / to enrol send us a message or contact Heather on 07383520999 📞 £200 deposit to secure your space followed by a payment plan to suit you and your finances with 0% interest and NO credit checks 💰
