Shrimp Creole is one of those dishes that reminds you why New Orleans takes its food so seriously.

Tender shrimp simmered in a rich, seasoned Creole tomato sauce and served over rice. Bold flavor in every bite, with a little heat to keep things interesting.

Pull up a chair and let Gumbo Shop show you what all the fuss is about.

If you know me, you know I LOVE a hot dog 🌭 Finally made it to @theproperdogla and let me tell y’all, these were SO good.

I got The Fitzpatrick with Wagyu beef, caviar, au poivre crema, shallot, cornichon, and fresh herbs and every bite was perfection. We also tried the House Proper Dog with cheese sauce, caramelized onion, dill pickle chow chow and crunchies, and the Black & Gold with black garlic cream cheese, bacon and onion marmalade, and fresh jalapeño.

All three had completely different flavor profiles and were equally as good. They’re a pop-up, so keep an eye out for where they’re slinging dogs next because you NEED to catch them. 🌭

Our Blackened Chicken brings plenty of spice, a beautiful sear, and big Creole flavor to every bite. No complicated pitch needed. Sometimes a plate just knows what it’s doing.

Come hungry. New Orleans has never been shy with the seasoning, and neither are we.

Crawfish and tasso in a cream sauce. Sometimes New Orleans really does make things easy on you.

Rich, creamy, smoky, and loaded with crawfish, this is the kind of pasta you’ll be thinking about long after the last bite.

Some dishes earn their spot on the table.

Our Crab Cakes topped with shrimp cream sauce bring together tender crab, rich flavor, and the perfect finishing touch.

Order one to start or make a meal out of it. We wouldn’t blame you.
