Our photo gallery is now live - check your emails!

Find yourself. Find your crew. Save them, share them and tag @thetrackclassic so we can keep sharing the best moments from the day. 📸

To every volunteer, friend and family member who gave up their time to help us build, run and pack down the event - thank you.

To every vendor and sponsor who backed the vision before anyone knew exactly what Track Classic could become - you were the first ones to get us to the start line.

And to every athlete who stepped onto the track:
You were part of the first one. That’s something nobody can take away.

Running can happen anywhere, all year round.
Training can happen anywhere, all year round.
But there is only one Track Classic.

And after what we saw last week, we’re only getting started.

The Track Classic is here to stay.

See you at the next start line. 🏃‍♂️

🏁From first-time racers through to athletes chasing SUB60 and podium finishes, our 10-week HYROX program is built around where you are now, where you want to be on race day, and the work required between the two.

The block brings together:

→ Running development
→ Strength
→ Threshold Work
→ Compromised Run Conditioning
→ HYROX skill work
→ Pacing + race strategy
→ Fuelling + recovery

All progressed with intent across 10 weeks.

And you won’t do it alone.

You’ll train alongside a growing squad all working towards the same start line. People to learn from, chase, push with and share the work with - backed by coaches who understand the demands of the race and how to prepare for them, with the results to back it.

HYROX Melbourne is the destination.
The work starts October 5.

📍 Train in-house with the TFE squad
🌎 Remote programming available
⚡ Two pathways: HYROX Prep + Elite SPP
🏃 Wednesday 5:15PM Mixed Modality / HYROX

Applications now open via our Linktree.

Are you racing at Hyrox Melbourne? 🏁
At TFE, We don’t throw together “challenge programs”, but we do build people towards performance.

Whether it’s your first HYROX or you’re chasing a PB / SUB60 or even Podium result, the process stays the same - understand where you are, understand where you need to be, and build the work between the two with the ever growing TFE community.

Structured progression coupled with intentional design, not guesswork and race sims every week.

Running development. Aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Strength. Specific skill work. Running. Fuelling. Recovery.

All built into a dedicated 10-week training block designed around the demands of Hybrid Racing and specifically HYROX Melbourne.

And you won’t do it alone, we’ll be training as a team (weekly mixed modality class to be announced shortly) and grow together.

We’re continuing to build a repeatable HYROX performance framework and a squad that keeps growing - both here in Sydney and remotely.

A lot of life gets lived around training.

Before work. After work. Between everything else that needs doing. Some weeks you walk in feeling on top of things. Other weeks, just getting through the doors feels like enough.

That’s the reality of doing this for a long time.

Training isn’t always exciting. Progress isn’t always obvious. There are sessions you’ll remember for years, and hundreds more that may sometimes disappear into the background - but they all count.

The ordinary sessions. The weeks where nothing remarkable happens. The conversations before class. The people you see more often than some of your closest friends or family. The familiar faces you’ve watched move through completely different seasons of their lives.

That consistency creates something over time.

People who started as strangers become training partners. Someone notices the weight you’re now lifting with confidence that used to bury you. Someone asks where you were when you missed a random Tuesday.

And without really planning for it, this place becomes part of the rhythm of your life.

Thats just what TFE is.

A place to train seriously, whatever seriously looks like for you.

A place you can keep coming back to through different goals, different seasons and different versions of yourself.

We’ll keep programming. We’ll keep coaching. We’ll keep opening the doors.

You just keep walking through them. 💚
