Learning some flower math and new skills with the instruction of Lanie. Creating playful fall arrangements was the perfect way to kick-off October.

Meet our star-student, Etta. She takes her shop-dog duties very seriously.

Students created beautiful fall arrangements with the help of Lanie. We practiced the golden mean, color theory and using a Hydrangea as the floral mechanic.

Every arrangement needs a little movement. In this case dancing flowers and Dahlias became the star of the show.

Let’s continue to celebrate spring with tulip beauty!

Look at all these gorgeous flowers, with so many colors - wow! Soft blush pinks next to deep purples, warm oranges against creamy whites, bright pops of yellow woven through the entire garden. Every section catches the light differently, almost changing as you walk by.

It feels joyful. Full of life. Like spring gave us one last unforgettable show. 🌷🌷🌷

And behind it all, this stunning home, somehow grounding the entire scene while letting the garden shine. What a gift this has been to everyone who got to pass by and enjoy it. Thank you @choosingcalm

I think this might need to become a series.

Because honestly… I have never seen spring quite like this in Winnetka.

Everywhere you look, there are layers of color, texture, movement, tulips unfolding in every direction, pathways inviting you in, flowers almost competing for your attention. It feels less like a front yard and more like a private botanical garden quietly blooming in the middle of the neighborhood.

And behind all of it, this stunning home, somehow holding the whole scene together without overpowering it.

You can feel the amount of care, planning, creativity, and love that went into this. What a gift to everyone who gets to walk by and enjoy it. More of this house coming soon.

I can’t believe this was 2 weeks ago, there’s so much that I’ll never forget about this experience ..
- @fleuropean Emily’s giggles, her taste in selecting colors and flowers, her skillful designs and honestly more than anything her positive and loving attitude…
- all the amazing people that I met and learned from and made meaningful connections with
- the magical 1000 years old @chateauwodemont with its beautiful grounds, windows opening to chirping birds sound, our flower studio, and Mr 🦊
- the unlimited beauty of flowers in the garden meticulously selected by Emily and provided so generously for us to pick from 🫠 …
- the rain the sunset the freshness of air

I wanted to do this for so many years, so grateful for this opportunity 🤍
