We're down to the final act of @thenonameprogram season 5. The video is a recap of the first long of this season on 7/25/2026. Now we're less than 2 weeks away from the New York City Marathon. Massive shoutout to @thatcoffeyboy @justrunjulia and all the leaders for making this season one of the most memorable community-supported training programs.

One of the highlights of each run is watching the runners celebrate each other along the route. 16 miles completed yesterday morning!

Right before our 15 miler, we talked about the word FEAR, which for us now means Forget Everything And Run.

We also talked about Dolly Pardon (RIP), what she stood for, how she never was never afraid to be herself and one of my favorite quotes from her:

“Find out who you are and do it on purpose.”

Then y’all went out and put that into action. Three boroughs. Three bridges. 15 miles. You looked phenomenal out there, but more importantly, by the time you made it back, you had a little more proof of who you are and you found out what you’re capable of. And sometimes, that’s where the greatness in you shows up.

PS: I got a question for y’all. The first person to DM us with the correct answer wins a pair of running shades, which we’ll have for you at Tuesday’s speed session.

Question: Who is this song connected to and how?

We had a hard week, but we made it through.

We’re at the bottom of Week 5 and 12 miles in, which means things are starting to get real. We’re officially in the double digits with the long runs now and this is where the training starts asking a little more from you.

But here’s the thing, you can do more than you think you can when you stick with it and continue believing in yourself.

So let’s keep doing what we do best, showing up and putting the work in.

Images from @thenonameprogram, season 4 (2025). Yet again @thatcoffeyboy, @justrunjulia, and the leaders made sure the runners got what they needed to tackle whichever marathon they would be conquering that year...and conquer they did.

Tomorrow will be the first official long run of season 5! For many of you, 9 miles might be intimidating but you are not alone. Just follow the plan your coaches and leaders have provided to you, be optimistic, and everything will be just fine.

A special Saturday morning run with @definenewyorkrunclub albeit hot n humid! It was our last run with Define this season as we transition to Marathon training season with @thenonameprogram - a 16 week intensive marathon training program lead by head coach Julia Lucas( @justrunjulia ) and @thatcoffeyboy It was born from The Define New York Run Club and is now entering its 5th season. Like Define, The Noname Program is diverse, inclusive, welcoming all paces, and truly transformative. Deep gratitude for this community. Now let’s get to it 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃‍♂️💪🤘. Run with who you trust 🙏💖 Thanks to the amazing @garydeanclarke for the great 📸 as always.

What a majestic 4th of July morning in NY Harbor! Battled the heat and crazy logistics to be at the spot where Lady Liberty welcomed the Ship Parade into NYC.
