Check out what we’ve been up to this summer so far… Much has been happening around here, life is full in the best way! I don’t think I’ve ever laughed or cried so much. We’ve been busy preparing for our retreat with Mamo Senshina next week (starts Tuesday 4th Aug 10am) as well as all the usual activities. We still have a few spaces for day and full retreat passes please get in touch if you’d like to join or find out more. We’ve discovered it’s quite difficult to explain exactly what to expect during this special time together, so an element of trust in the process is required. What we can say is that we hope this retreat will be a remedy to the disconnection we all face in our daily lives. Join us to reconnect to yourself, each other & our great mother beneath our feet 💚 as we come back to wholeness & remember who we are under the precious guidance of this revered Kogi elder. Holding so much gratitude in our hearts for all the prayers already answered & for all the helping hands. Deep, deep love and gratitude to our friend Sam @rosewoodacres.farm for sharing this beautiful land with us this summer, forever grateful ♥️

Retreat with Traditonal Kogi Elder Mamo Senshina 4-9th August “Mamo comes to honour his duty of transmission, as “elder brother”, to transmit the ancient word of the origins, guardian of the knowledge that allows us to take care of life.” Expect daily rituals, storytelling, music & medicines from day and into the night. In our opinion the more time you can spend here on the land during the retreat, the richer your experience will be. Traditional elders don’t tend to stick to strict retreat schedules, magic is found in the spaces around the fire, over food and seemingly impromptu sharings. Our family spent some time with Mamo on his territory in Colombia last year and it was honestly the most powerfully inspiring experience. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to sit with this great elder. Children & families very welcome 🤗 More information and booking form via our website. If you have an questions please reach out. #kogi #traditionalwisdom #wisdomkeeper #healingretreat

Meet the family… Nadean & Chris (above) and Ella & River who we’ll introduce soon. Nadean & Chris met in London in 2012. Nadean was finishing an art degree and working in an east end pub. Chris was finishing a music production degree and helping out with marketing for the same pub. Since then life has taken them on a huge journey, more of which we’ll share soon too. The absolute heart of everything they do is to ‘take care’, of each other, of the family, of our great mother (earth) and of the growing school of belonging community. ✨💚🌞 #schoolofbelonging #motherearth #landconnection #kent #belonging

As we come to the close of this sacred three-month journey with the family of Pai Nani, our hearts overflow with gratitude. The Great Spirit has guided us and brought together so many beautiful souls who have felt the call to journey inward to learn, to heal, and to receive the powerful teachings shared by Pai Nani and our extended family. We give deep thanks to everyone who has supported and walked beside us during this mission. Together, we have co-created something truly special strengthening the force of love, unity, and purpose that connects us all. Yet, as one ceremony concludes, another begins. Our work continues. We now turn our steps toward COP30 in Brazil, carrying the same prayer in our hearts: to stand for the Earth, to amplify the voices of our Indigenous brothers and sisters, and to protect our greater family the living planet that sustains us all. With reverence, gratitude, and love, we close this chapter and open the next. Haux Haux familia 🤍
