PCA British finals 2026 🇬🇧
4th place toned figure in a very big line up 🥹

Top 6 at a big PCA show has been the goal for a long time. However, in the run up to this show I was not feeling confident at all and didn’t actually have this goal for this specific show. It’s the first time I think I’ve gone, I’m probably just going to make up the numbers but I’ll just have fun/a nice day. I think being in prep for most of the year does start to skew what you see, but I trust Tom whole heartedly hence why I still entered.

Thank you so much to all the people who helped me. In typical Jen fashion, I did everything last minute and came down myself without asking anyone to come with me/telling anyone 😂. Whitney, Eloise and Rimini you are all absolute angels. And of course Emma 💕. You can clearly see how talented she is by managing to make this mug look ?pretty but she’s the sweetest soul and always looks after me 💕. Making new friends has always been one of the best parts of bodybuilding and will be the best thing I’ve taken from the season for sure 💕.

As for Tom, I think I am his 2nd current long term client (after Chris). He’s honestly the best coach there is. I overheard girls talking about coaches using cookie cutter type plans or not getting back to them etc etc. None of that with Tom, he’s absolutely fantastic and he’s honest - so you know when he’s happy he really is happy!

Thank you to Kayla who managed to fit me in for some posing lessons, I feel the few we did really did make a difference.

Lastly, it feels wrong to say it was a fantastic day because it wasn’t. Everyone by now is aware of what happened and I have been inundated with messages. Thank you, being a Doctor is a privilege. Any healthcare/blue light professional would step forward in an emergency (I’d hope). My thoughts are of course with the family.
