Chicago, you were a blast! 🇺🇸 My third time visiting Chicago and it never disappoints. Another city, another marathon, supporting @chrisdfellowes running the @chimarathon. Ive never seen such a supportive community for all the runners. From an amazing expo to local businesses offering freebies all weekend. The city really embraces running culture! 🙌🏻. Watched the Chicago Bulls in action, caught up with some friends, had a beach day, walked everywhere and ate plenty of amazing food! 🙌🏻🏀 🏖️ 🍹🥞🍔.

Just taking a moment to thank everyone who has already donated to our fundraiser for the amazing children’s charity @wellchild. We have just over 9 weeks until the Chicago Marathon, so anything you can give to help this incredibly worthy cause would mean a lot to us and the people who need it most. Please click the link in either of our profiles to donate. Thank you everyone. Bill & Chris.

We are putting the work in for @wellchild in our training for The Chicago Marathon. A tough interval session on tired legs today, but it’s worth it for the amazing cause. Show us your fivers!🙌 If you can make any sort of donation, please click the link in our profiles to help out. Let’s go.💪🏼

A few pics from the amazing @berlinmarathon. A lot of hands in the air from me for the cameras, I promise I took it seriously. My first major achievement as a 40 year old.🥳 What is next? #berlinmarathon #running #marathon #motivation #over40andfabulous

A very memorable Reading Half Marathon. 6 minutes faster than my last one in 2023. There’s a lot to be said for consistency. Amazing camera work from @sparikos on the bus. Less than 5 weeks to the London Marathon.🥳

It’s nice when the hard work pays off. Really happy with my result at a very hot and crowded London Marathon this year. Trusted the work I’d done in a really good 16 week training block and ran a controlled effort from start to finish. Even had a bit of energy for a sprint finish - you have to watch the clip of me crossing the finish line.😅 Managed to get back to join my Reading Rockets in winning their playoff semi final too.🏆 Extremely proud to take 12 minutes off my previous London PB, with a chip time of 3:18. Even more so after fighting back from a stress fracture for the last 18 months. I’ve learned so much from running the last 4 years, every medal tells its own story, hopefully there’s still a bit more to come. Thanks for all the support and kind words. Next up - 🇺🇸 Chicago in October. Let’s go. #medalmonday

This is my new personal best.🙌 Regardless of finishing times, I know this is my best ever 16 week training block and feeling good is half the battle. Ready for year 4 of The London Marathon. After working through injury the previous 18 months, to have enjoyed every recent run as much as I have done has been a very real privilege for me. Grateful for the company and support along the way, as we get so much more out of this together. The hard work is done, hopefully now ready to enjoy the day tomorrow. Good luck to those taking part and supporting.

Some great pics from London this weekend. Pretty strong emotions towards the end when I realised my goal was finally being achieved. I also spent half my marathon running with @cynthiaerivo it would seem, she was great.
