WE GOT MARRIED! 💚

One of the best experiences of my life. I am beyond excited to be doing life with my best friend.

The build up to the wedding was intense. It was all hands on deck trying to dial in the logistics for our four day camp out wedding at Summer Lake Hot Springs. But we pulled it off with great execution. It was amazing seeing everyone mingle. From Khyra’s friends to my friends, from old friends to new friends and having our family’s there together. Thank you all who made it out and supported us through it all. Without everyone’s help and support it wouldn’t have been possible. So, Thank You! 🙏🏼

With the whirlwind of the last few weeks I was fully plugged into the experience and haven’t posted anything on social media. So here is an update of the last 21 days, wow, can’t believe it’s already been 21 days. I am now getting my training back on track, along with recovery from the wedding, our mini honeymoon, caretaking for Khyra as she just got knee surgery, and getting back to work. While also remembering to, Be… Here… Now…

I have gotten a few good runs in, and have been upping my yoga practice. But It’s been a struggle to shake the dust off from such a wild experience and get back into the full training mode, but life is like that sometimes.

It’s been nice to get some solid reflecting in about our wedding weekend, life, and training. Now it’s time to put in the work and make my adventure goals become reality.

Thank you to all of you that have supported Ang and I over the last 7.5 years. I’ve been enamored with this woman since the day I met her and can’t wait to love, care for, and cherish her for the rest of our days.

I’m so glad we could share that with our closest friends and family on Sunday.
