By far one of my favourite things about the @itsthecreatorclub is watching someone turn up to a trip knowing nobody and leave a few days later with a group of lads they speak to every single day.

Even when I’m not around, the boys all link up. They play padel, run, work out, build and grow together.

I genuinely think connecting good people with good people is my unique skill. Seeing everyone together all over the world honestly makes me feel so fulfilled.

Everyone’s at a different stage. Some are just getting started, while others are running serious businesses.

The one thing they all have in common is that they want more from life and want to be around good people doing the same.

If you’ve been looking for that kind of environment, applications are now open.

Link is in my bio and on my stories

Please message me if you have any question 🖤⚡️

Most people think getting lean is about finding the perfect diet or training program.

It isn’t.

When Chris came to me, he was already training. But he couldn’t lose the last bit of belly fat, his energy was low, his focus was gone, and his confidence was taking a hit.

As an entrepreneur, that doesn’t just affect your physique.
It affects your business, your productivity, and how you show up every day.

So we didn’t start with extreme diets or endless cardio.

We rebuilt the foundation.

✅ A daily structure that fit his busy schedule
✅ A nutrition plan he could actually stick to
✅ Non-negotiable habits and routines
✅ Accountability every step of the way

Within 8 weeks, everything changed.

He got leaner.
He had more energy.
His confidence skyrocketed.
And he felt back in control of his life.

His body improved, but more importantly, so did the way he showed up in his business and everyday life.

Comment “GUIDE” and I’ll send you the exact method I used to help Chris get into the best shape of his life in just 8 weeks.

@chrisgeils is an entrepreneur who came to me wanting to improve his physique, energy levels, and overall confidence.

Like many business owners, he was busy building his business but wasn’t putting the same level of attention into his health. His training lacked structure, his nutrition was inconsistent, and he knew he wasn’t operating at his full potential.

So we got to work.

We implemented a clear training plan, optimized his nutrition, and built habits that fit around his busy schedule.

The result?

In just 8 weeks, Chris completely transformed his physique.

He got noticeably leaner, built muscle, increased his energy levels, and most importantly, started feeling confident again.

But the biggest win wasn’t even physical.

As Chris became more confident in himself, it started showing up in his business too.

He felt more confident on sales calls, communicated with more certainty, and no longer felt like he was trying to convince people. He genuinely felt he had more value to offer.

That confidence translated into more clients and better performance in his business.

Because when you look better, feel better, and have more energy, it impacts every area of your life.

This is why we don’t just focus on training and nutrition.

We build the habits, structure, and confidence that carry over into your business, relationships, and everyday life.

Proud of you brother. This is only the beginning. 👊🏼

29 years old and currently in the best shape of his life.

This is Chris. One of my clients who decided to stop making excuses and fully commit to the process.

Like many busy entrepreneurs, he wasn’t completely out of shape.
But he knew he was capable of more.

We focused on building structure again:
→ Consistent training
→ Better nutrition habits
→ More accountability
→ A routine he could actually sustain

The result?

A leaner physique, more muscle size, higher energy and a completely different mindset.

Lucky enough I ran into him on my last day in Bali and we trained together at Bambu. Seeing my clients in real life after months of hard work hits different.

And the craziest part?
We’re not even done yet.

Now we’re entering the next phase:
leaning down even more while maintaining size.

Super proud of you broski ❤️‍🔥

This is what happens when you stay consistent and trust the process.

DM “LEAN” if you want to become the next transformation.

I was living in London and working my arse off for a job I didn't like.

The examples above me were two bosses whose lives I really, really, really didn't want. I thought to myself, "Is this what I can expect if I keep going down the same path?”

Is that what I'm working so hard to become?

I thought, "Hell, no.” So we had to change it up, baby.

Taken from my conversation with @chrisgeils on The Builders podcast.

@chrisgeils enjoyed the corporate 9-to-5, but couldn't shake the fact that the more promotions he got and the higher he climbed, the more he felt like it was leading to less freedom and more stress.

That isn't ultimately the direction he wanted to go in.

Comment CHRIS on this post, and I'll send you the full conversation.

@chrisgeils here's a great example of someone who seemed to have it all on paper: a fancy job, living in London, nice work trips, lots of freedom.

But sobering we're still missing…. I think a lot of people can relate to this at the moment.

What did he do? He decided to start creating content, eventually quit his job, and carve out his own path instead.

From “a bit off track” to back in control.

@chrisgeils is a busy entrepreneur.

Like most men, he wasn’t in bad shape, but also not where he wanted to be.

→ Lower energy during the day
→ Less focus in work
→ Inconsistent discipline with training and nutrition

He said:
“I let myself go a bit over summer.”

That’s exactly where most men get stuck.

Not overweight enough to take action.
But not lean, sharp, or confident either.

That middle ground kills progress.

So we fixed the real problem:
a lack of structure and consistency.

We rebuilt his foundation:

→ Clear training plan (no more guessing)
→ Simple nutrition that supports energy and focus
→ Daily structure, sleep, and accountability

8 weeks later:

→ Leaner physique
→ More definition and a tighter waist
→ Higher energy and sharper focus
→ Back in control of his habits

But the biggest change:

He feels in control again.

And that’s what most men are actually missing.

Not just a better physique,
but clarity, structure, and consistency in their life.

That’s exactly what The Sub 10 Method is built for.

No extremes.
No shortcuts.
Just a system that works every week.

Summer is coming.

DM “LEAN” to get started.
