Still doesn’t and will never feel real. Saying goodbye to you is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. You were always my biggest supporter, and you never forgot to tell me how proud you were of me. I am so lucky to call you my Dad. I will be forever grateful that you got to meet my first baby, Cassidy, and will never forget the smile on your face as you said “she is beautiful”. I hope that I can be even half the dad to her that you were to me. I will do everything I can to continue to make you proud. I hope you are up there right now getting back from your run on the beach, grabbing a sip of your ice cold fridge Coke, and changing into a Clemson, Alabama, or Stetson polo

On Thursday, October 22nd, we’re teaming up with some of our favorite chefs for a @nokidhungrybos Chef’s Dinner, and every bite helps make sure kids in our community have the meals they need.

The night kicks off with cocktails and canapés, followed by a five-course dinner with your choice of beer or wine (plus a few special pours from our sister restaurant, @grill23andbar 🍷).

The Harvest Moon just happened—and it brought back a special memory. 🌕🧀

Ten years ago, on this very date, Chris Himmel of Himmel Hospitality Group drove from Boston to our farm to film a video. What we didn’t tell him was that we were secretly working on a new cheese.

When the cheese was ready, I happened to watch the video again. The background music? Frank Sinatra singing Fly Me to the Moon. ✨

And just like that, we started calling our new cheese Harvest Moon—and the name stuck!

We believe in coincidences. ❤️
