Looking back at 2025/26, another exciting season for Christopher Sokolowski.

The critics declared "a new Parsifal is born" after his surprise debut at Opera Vlaanderen in September, "the revelation of this production". His successful season continued from there, with “triumphant” performances as Lohengrin, and debuts as Narraboth in Salome and the Shepherd in Król Roger. The unanimous acclaim continued to flow, "a colossal Heldentenor" in the making, his "ideal lyric brilliance" and "heroic resonance", and his Shepherd's “magnetic presence and smooth, beguiling" tenor were singled out.
