From diaper changes to messy craft hands to snack-crusted faces (seriously how do those freeze dried fruits get so caked on?), we’re grateful to have big wipes for all the big & small messes. 🙌
Thanks for keeping FIT4MOM nation faces (& “other places”) clean @momcozy! 😘

Im so proud of you.

FIRST. BALLOT. HALL OF FAMER!

What a career. What a life. YOU deserve every trophy🏆, accolade and praise there is. You are a gravitational force that changed the game and the people in it, including myself.

You should always be celebrated like this, and your name should continue to be shouted from the rooftops.

Keep shining my love, and know that im always by your side.

🌟 🇺🇸 🦸🏻‍♀️ Stars, Stripes, and Superheroes Week at Camp FIT4MOM ended with a SUPER fun family class. When littles see mom (& some dads today!) making exercise fun, they’re learning healthy habits early on. Win-win!💕

🎉 MAMAPALOOZA was so. much. fun! Our favorite thing is to help moms feel strong and connected and we were absolutely delighted to see both. Thank you to everyone who took the time to celebrate with us - we can’t wait to do it again next year! 🙌🏼

☀️ It was such a lovely morning out with the moms. We sipped (thanks for the sweet hook-up @alfred Coffee!), strolled, and connected over the chaotic joy of motherhood.

✌🏼 We have two more days left of our free week - send a DM for details!

🚶‍♀️And be sure to join our next walk in collaboration with @themomwalkco.playavista at the end of the month!
