POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A year ago, thanks to Gaby, Paola, and Alejandra, I was invited to teach at Jen’s birthday at @laagaviahacienda, where Jacquelin and her friends first imagined bringing Yoga in Aspen to their community.

What followed has been an endearing journey, held by the generosity of Jayne, Meredith, and Vane. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness deepens my commitment to return to the mat and offer my best through yoga.

I’m especially grateful to Hafid, Adam, Patricia, Graciela, Greer, Denisse, and Jodi, for sharing the nectar of this practice with me.

As summer draws to a close, we keep returning to what makes us alive: movement, breath, presence, community, and the passionate intelligence of the body. One week remains. Come to class. 🙏🏼

Thank you, Jayne, Tatum, Lauren, and everyone at Aspen Shakti, for moving, breathing, and awakening together.

I’ve also completed the Alive La Vie teacher training, learning from Jayne how to transform the hero’s journey into a psycho-magical ritual of movement, music, Kirtan, laughter, and tears. I can’t wait to explore these learnings with the Alive community. Give me the opportunity to learn this role while wiggling with you.

And I look forward to returning to Aspen Shakti, Maroon Creek Club, and private classes, all of which have made this mountain calling possible.

Jayne, thank you for welcoming me into your friendship, your home, and your studio. Meeting you has changed my life for the better.

I’ll be back October 12 – November 5, sharing practice at Aspen Shakti and Alive’s October Challenge. See you there.

Thank you, Jodi,, Cynthia, and Jill, for creating space for private sessions and deeper connections within the community.

We are living matter, animated by Shakti.

We are Alive!

ten years of supta 🌟

to celebrate a decade, we created a limited edition collection ~ something we’ve been dreaming about for a long time

ten growth rings to honor ten years of movement, connection & community

everyday pieces made from undyed heavyweight cotton with relaxed silhouettes + simple embroidered details. knitted, cut + sewn in california

we’ve had so much fun living in this collection, photographing it & watching it come to life within our community

made to be worn often, lived in fully + taken far beyond the studio

a little piece of supta to take with you, wherever you go

special shout out to @grayizbae for her keen design eye + helping us bring this vision to life

all shot on film by @faithrohrer 🌞

Yarn by Yarn the weave of what we do makes a tapestry that spells out our steps, our breaths and our travels. These stories we tell ourselves are the most meaningful
