✨THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS ✨ Grand Cru Schlossberg by @christian.binner Riesling from one of Alsace’s most celebrated granite terroirs. Long maceration, texture and depth. Golden, structured, mineral —> a Grand Cru with a decidedly different point of view. Schlossberg, seen differently. xxx

Some of the winemakers in Alsace that inspires me the most! . With a very expressive respect for the tradition of Alsace Stephane Bannwarth and Christian Binner always pushes the boundaries and limits for what this great terroir can offer - Charming but never simple Rosées, a serious level of Reds, extremely balanced mineral whites and long élevage of both sweet and oxidative wines. Every time I’m visiting, I’m blown away! . @christian.binner @laurentbannwarth . PURE WINE -> VIN PUR . #nothingaddednothingremoved #ardeche #annebruunblauert #andersfrederiksteensteen

10 ans. 🇬🇪 #Wine #vin #region
