Happy Monday loves 🌚 On todays Dark Moon, receive this medicine from @eljeffre_ and @saredelpozo, the reminder that you are the power.

Take a moment today to move your body in whatever way feels good (you can dance along to this clip!) feel the rhythm and feel your power.

A week ago today was the best day 🤍 I hosted my first event, @sacred.ceo Live in NYC and it surpassed every expectation.

My intention was to create a day of fun, inspiration and clarity for our community, a chance for folks to meet in person who’ve been connected online and a space to meet new likeminded people.

We made art 🎨 We moved our body 🧘 We ate delicious food 🥗 We connected to the spirit of our work 🌀 We danced 💃🏻 We cried 🥹

As entrepreneurs, it’s so important to get in the room. To give yourself the space to drop in with yourself, fill your cup and connect with familiar faces and meet new ones.

Whether you’re just getting started or have been at it for 10+ years, it’s still equally important.

Thank you so much to the amazing group of 35 of us who gathered for this magical day 🙏🏽💫 and for saying YES to embodying the archetype of sacred CEO.

Thank you to the folks who got on a plane and came into town from South Africa, UK, Canada, Austin, North Carolina and to those who came in from NJ, NY, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

I love you all. It’s just the beginning 🫶🏽🚀

ONLY one week ago I was in New York City, having met my business mentor Jess for the first time in-person, as well as many other peers and friends at the inaugral live gathering of @sacred.ceo ✨️

Thank you @sayyeswithjess for sharing your wisdom - I always feel like I can do anything being around you.

My gratitude and thanks also go to @barbara_manuelita for the opening cacao circle, to @caro.arevalo for our visualisation and creative session, to @robynyoukilis for our Master Mind session, to @rachaelhall.aligned for our embodiment sessions (and for our incredibly special co-creation "Womb Wisdom & Cacao Ceremony" the following day), to @nonna_gaby for the delicious conscious nourishment, to @cristina.angelica_ for your assistance throughout the day, to @eljeffre_ for closing the day with dance, and to @sawyermichaels for capturing this powerful day.

New York, it's been awesome!

It's now time for the wilder landscape of volcanos, jungles, lakes and CACAO: Gautemala here I come...
