Business owner PSA!

We all know how hard it is to have a big/busy business and still have time to focus on ourselves…

This summer I decided to put myself first - before flowers I loved fitness, gym & eating healthy. Then I had 3 kiddos, started a business and life got busy.

So I started back with the basics with my friend & nutrition coach @christinaakidd holding me accountable 💪🏼 Tracked my food, got back in the gym and walked 10k+ steps a day. Over 7ish months I slowly started to see results each week - I’ve officially lost about 35lbs. I feel better than I have in years! & I just wanted to share to all my business owner friends or anyone feeling like life is too busy - that you can put yourself first and still have a successful business & life. Just take it 1 day at a time ❤️

8 years ago I took a girl to an island and asked her to marry me. I had my grandmothers engagement ring, and not much else. Thanks for saying yes @christinaakidd.
