The October London Colourwalk was as vibrant and technicolour as always, with a hint of ghoulish this month. I was a bit more Battenberg cake than Halloween, but as is the point we are all 🎵free to be who we want to be🎵.
It was wonderful to catch up with fabulous friends and see new delightful and delighted faces. I didn’t manage to capture everyone in this reel. There were SO many more stunning outfits…

Also, I want to give a shout out to the amazingly talented photographers who captured these special moments and people in their own very beautiful way.

Festival of the Dead Exhibition opens @woodfieldpavilion today from 12 noon.

You are welcomed to join this celebration of the darker season this October and the richness of stories.This evocative collection of works by local artists explores the shifting boundaries between light & dark, ancient magic, the fragility of life, root & bone and all things gritty and mystical.

We invite you to look a little closer, embrace the shadows and discover beauty in the unknown.

This exhibition leads into our very popular Festival of the Dead event and is also part of the Streatham Festival Art Trail .

Join me while I do definitely not what I'm supposed to be doing.. This was an old room divider a friend kindly gave to me to cover my partner's workspace when I'm filming. I wasn't feeling the canvassy embroidery so that's gonna go to @ashleyjessknight who I'm sure will turn it into something fab. I'm devasted I lost the timelapse I took in the middle: the sun and shadows flowing in and out, toffee bimbling around like a cutie.. I'm always having storage problems so I thought I'd moved it to my laptop but it failed, just a broken file 😭. At least I got to enjoy the moment in real life and watch it back like a fly in a wall and appreciate the beauty. Anyways another silly little timelapse and a reminder to do something fun because it's Friday! 💞
