So grateful to see the return of the Saturday Hoboken Memorial Day Parade thank you to efforts by @hobokenmuseum this as our community comes together to honor those who served and sacrificed for our country.

This year feels especially meaningful as we commemorate 250 years of American independence and reflect on the values that continue to unite us as a nation.

It was an honor to enjoy the parade alongside my teammates at the Hoboken Business Alliance, serving the local business community and celebrating the people, organizations, and traditions that make Hoboken such a special place to live and work. @visithoboken @jamesrunkle @tm926 @christopherbernardo

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this beloved tradition back to life. 🇺🇸

No two days are ever the same at CDS.

One day it’s back-to-back meetings, board reports, and project planning. The next, we’re in costume at a community event, helping bring our districts to life.

That’s the beauty of what we do—supporting vibrant commercial districts means every day brings a new challenge, a new opportunity, and a new way to make an impact.

From sweepers to supervisors, management to the President of CDS, today we took a moment to reflect on the women who helped shape us into who we are. From lessons about hard work, kindness, patience, and perseverance to the little things that make our moms unforgettable, every story shared today came from the heart.

Mothers teach us more than we often realize. They teach us how to care for others, how to keep going during difficult times, and how to show up every single day with love and strength.

Today is special, and we want to thank the moms, grandmothers, mother figures, and caregivers everywhere for everything you do both seen and unseen.

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at CDS. 💐

2 for $5 Coke Zero at 7‑Eleven 🥤

Why 7-Eleven? Because every Powerade or Coca-Cola purchase = an entry to win tickets to a FIFA World Cup game ⚽️🌎
So yes… here’s to my two entries 🤞

Insider scoop: this location is rumored to be the first in NJ redesigned with a Japan-inspired model 🇯🇵 — think upgraded machines, faster service, and a whole new commuter-friendly setup. And it makes sense… right in the heart of Journal Square’s transit hub 🚉

Quick stop, real perks, and another reason why convenience hits different in JSQ.

CDS isn’t your typical management team.

We manage multiple BIDs and SIDs with one shared goal: making every district stronger, cleaner, and better.

What makes us different?
We don’t just manage — we do the work.

Operations, programming, maintenance… the strategy and the execution all in one place.

Everything you need, handled 💼
and every now and then, a quick dance break for morale 💃

🎶 Hallelujah 🎶

Our districts don’t just need activation they need maintenance.

Power washing. Graffiti removal. Litter cleanup. Seasonal plantings. Tree care. Daily upkeep.

This is the work that keeps our streets clean, welcoming, and ready for everything else to happen.

At CDS, we handle the foundation so our districts can thrive.
