NEW BEGINNINGS

The first half of the year passed in a blink of an eye as we put the finishing touches on one of our most rewarding full-home renovation projects in Brentwood.

Over the past two years, this home has been thoughtfully reimagined—from interior and exterior architectural details in collaboration with @christophercourts_studio to a complete landscape transformation by @bennerreibel

What makes a project especially meaningful is the trust our clients place in us. We’re grateful for the opportunity to create a home designed for connection, everyday joy, and the new memories that will be made.

To my incredible team, @rach.munz and @tawlin , thank you for your dedication and talent throughout every phase of this project. And to my sisters, @bartainteriors and @_brooke_gardner_ , thank you for your support in helping bring it across the finish line.

Excited to share more of this special project soon.

TROPICAL MODERN

Closing out Q1 with a quick escape to @siarireserve. A little work and play while getting a tour of the beautiful development unfolding at @nauka.nayarit. The architecture of the hotel and residences are thoughtfully sited within the jungle, opening to sweeping seaside views.

2024 RECAP

From starting the year in Paris for my first @parisdecooff_home to soaking up the sun in Cabo for @cosentinousa #cnextdesigners event and a quick trip to Las Vegas for @kbis_official with the team, this year was a whirlwind of adventure and creativity. A few trips to Denver for a special project and an inspiring fall visit to @highpointmarket for vintage treasures and new furniture finds kept things exciting.

In between all the travel, we worked on incredible projects with amazing clients. We completed our first showroom @losangelescarlisle debut during Legends Week @lcdqla2022 and had the honor of joining a panel with talented designers @kendallwilkinsondesign @moorehousedesign @melissabenham moderated by the lovely @kellybadal @luxemagazine
@christophercourts_studio and I shared our professional uncoupling on @businessofhome Trade Tales podcast with @knpetersen . I’m also thankful and proud of our LA chapter of @aapi_designalliance in creating some fantastic events throughout the year, fostering community and building meaningful connections. We also saw many of our dear friends in this amazing design community we have in LA and grateful to be a part of it.
Lastly, we moved offices, renovated it and built it out in 2 months!

A true highlight? Gracing the cover of @modernluxuryinteriors for our Venice project! We also wrapped up several standout designs this year, including:

✨ A midcentury ground up home in Pacific Palisades
✨ A reimagined Tudor apartment building in Beachwood Canyon
✨ A midcentury home in Studio City
✨ A financial office in Miracle Mile
✨ And plenty of fun residential projects that continue into next year.

To my amazing team @legaspicourtsdesign @tawlin @rach.munz: your hard work, creativity and dedication inspire me every day. And to our collaborators, colleagues, clients, family, and friends—thank you for your unwavering support.

Here’s to closing 2024 with gratitude and heading into 2025 with optimism and excitement. Cheers! 🥂
