This was my first collab case with the amazing @pkaiser13 for this all on x treatment for this sweet lady. She is a trooper! She had terminal dentition and was not happy with her canted smile and her inability to chew well. With severe dental anxiety and an extremely tiny mouth, she had a hard time getting dental treatment done time and time again, so she decided she was ready to move forward with dual arch all on x hybrids. Thanks to @chrome_guidedsmiles, conversion was not as difficult as I was imagining. Although we had to delay the conversion of the upper arch due to poor implant primary stability, and had to give her traditional immediate denture… the patient and I are happy with the results once we waited for implant integration to convert the upper arch. We still have some minor tweaks we need to get through for the design and fit of the final prosthesis, but overall we have a good foundation. #allonx #implants #dentures #dentistry #beautyispain #smile

Over 40 million adult Americans have no teeth, with less than 1% receiving full-arch treatment. At ROE Dental Laboratory, we asked ourselves how we could provide a strong, long-term full-arch solution to these patients that were previously priced out of the full-arch market. Our answer?

Ivotion® Guided Smileloc

By combining three patented #technologies (#Ivotion #digitaldenture, #CHROME #GuidedSMILE #fullyguided surgical protocol, and #Smileloc #nohole #technology), we are able to create a solution that reduces lab costs, decreases clinical visits, and is strong enough for long-term wear and success.
