Our girl is just too modest to post this but the world needs to see how incredible she is. Ella, you are amazing in so many ways and inspiration to me and lil El every day. Keep holding on.

Happy Wednesday, also known as What’s Up Wednesday. Here are a few things to be on the lookout for.

First, my girl Tasha Layton @tashalayton will be releasing Singing in the Dark. I’ve heard it in concert, and you do not want to miss it. It’s an anthem and a worship song that reminds us to use our praise as medicine, even in the pain. Whatever season we’re in, even if we are in the unknowns, we can still keep singing in the light. I am all for this song because I pray that worship will be the last thing on my lips always. I love Tasha Layton. The way her music and her life have ministered to me is powerful. She serves the Lord with everything in her, and everything about her points me to Jesus.

Second, Blessing Offor @blessingoffor has a new song coming out this Friday. Even more exciting, he has a new album releasing on August 8. Blessing Offor is the real deal. Honestly, people don’t talk enough about how amazing his music is. I’m beyond excited for this album. His music is always uplifting, real, and genuine. His voice is one of the best I’ve ever heard. This is something to be truly excited about.

Next, don’t forget Katy Nichole’s @katynicholemusic album also comes out in August. She has released Honest Conversations, Thorns, and When I Fall. Go check her out. When I think of Katy Nichole, I think of true family. Her supporters are like sisters to me. We encourage each other, love each other, and pray for one another. It’s a true community of people who love Jesus and love Katy. I am so thankful for that kind of support and connection.

Also, TobyMac @tobymac is releasing the official video for Goodbye (for Gabe). This will be special, sweet, and heartbreaking. We love him, and we miss him so much. I know this video will be filled with love and meaning.

And lastly, Terrian @iamterrian has something up her sleeve. She posted something in her story, and it looks like she might be releasing something new soon. Keep an eye out for that.

I post all of this to support my people. Even when I can’t be at all their shows, I want them to know I still love them.

I used to write reviews about our concert experiences and then someone told me I should move to Facebook if I wanted to be so wordy 😂 but that’s me! Well, here goes cause Katy deserves a novel.

Katy Nichole had her first solo tour and it was epic! I hope ahe is as proud of herself as we are of her. She was incredible. Her music is incredible of course and she can really belt out a song! And she has such passion. But I think what we love the most about Katy is what she sings aboout. She writes and sings about some pretty hard and uncomfortable topics that mean a lot to a lot of people and she gets it. She is so transparent and real.

I also want to say that I just love a church venue. We bought the VIP tickets for about $40 and got to be part of the Q&A and get the most fantastic seats I think we’ve ever had. The sponsors were kind and did everything to make it special. We met some amazing people, and as always walked away with some new friends. We prayed with people and even got to watch a young girl attend her first concert and worship her heart out. It was beautiful.

Every word Katy spoke or sang had meaning and I was not prepared to have such an impactful night. Katy is so genuine and had such a nice stage presence. She talked a lot and was so friendly. If you have not listened to her stuff you should definitely check it out, especially if you’re struggling with any mental health challenges.

We first met Katy a 2 years ago and met her several times since. She remembered Ella every single time and she invited Ella backstage (with a little help from @ellaisbella89❤️🙏). Well, Ella had made a little gift for Katy…..We were blown away that Katy MADE Ella her very own gift….a hat with her own name on it!!!! I’m gonna be crying about this forever @katynicholemusic

Ella also got called up on stage, and I think it is one if the best moments of her life thus far. I might have cried a lot too (joy tears)!

Here are some highlights. THANK YOU KATY! We ❤️ you!!! 😻 Thank you for your kindness. You are an inspiration!! You are a Warrior!!!!

And to anyone who needs to hear it today- Just Hold On.

Did you see Katy’s art? ❤️
