First 10 days of July have been BUSYYYYYY! I always have to remind myself to slow down. To take time. I get so excited to do things, to be everywhere, but I also know that the slower time helps me enjoy the busy time even more.
Very grateful to spend that much outside, spending time with people and with myself. I love this city so much in the summer. What’s your favourite summer activity?

All Day Fit started with a wagon full of kettlebells, ladders, mats, and a big belief: strength training should be for everyone.

A few weeks ago, we brought our community into an empty concrete shell disguised as an adidas event to tell them “You are standing inside the new All Day Fit gym.” 🤩

Right now it’s bare walls and cold floors. But over the next few weeks, this space will become home. A place built for strength, connection, growth, and community. 💗💚

Some of the people who trained with us in that very first park were standing in this room that morning, years later. And somehow… this new beginning feels exactly like that first one.

All Day Fit was built to change the way people experience fitness — to create a space where people feel strong, supported, challenged, and capable!

This next chapter is bigger than a gym.
It’s the next era of our community.

Shoutout to every ADF coach and community member past and present - this one’s for ALLLL OF US!

We got married and all we got were hundreds of high-quality pictures, a variety of memories, and a catering bill for approximately 40 full-sized lemons.

Thank you to everyone who was part of our day in early September, and to those who came out to my bachelor party in August. Very grateful to be married to @ncaracciolo_, who is smart and cool and hot.

So many people contributed to this wedding, and I could thank every individual person, but special mention to my family, Natalie’s family, @macklongpre for being an incredible MC (and learning how to play steel pan), @bannersmusic for playing us out, @yojudahman and @clerise.ca for their boundless artistic generosity, and all of our friends for being cool and sexy.

The first Forró For All class of 2025 couldn’t have been more special! From the moment the music started, it felt like coming home. There was food, laughter, and the joy of friends reuniting on the dance floor. And just when we thought the night couldn’t get better… a wedding proposal! 💍 (More on that later next week, stay tuned!!)

We’re also thrilled to share that the beautiful moments of the evening were captured by the incredibly talented @renatamenezesphotography. Renata has been part of our community for years, and her photos truly show the love, energy, and connection of our community.

Here’s to another year of dancing, connecting, and creating memories together. Let’s keep this energy going all through 2025! 🥂🎶

@tos1stpo is one of my favourite places in Toronto so I am always surprised when people say they’ve never visited! I participated in a cozy little paper fair for two days this past weekend with @chuonthisstudio and got really enjoy the space to its fullest. Honestly, it was kind of surreal to have all my products out among the museum artifacts and historical documents!

If you haven’t been before, you should go. And while you’re there, look out for some familiar products landing on the shelves soon. 👀
