At Ciampini Lab, in the heart of Rome, Angelo and Federico Ciampini open the doors to their family workshop, where artisan gelato is made with carefully selected ingredients and techniques passed down through generations.

You’ll get hands-on with the process, discovering how gelato comes to life from scratch. And the best part? Tasting your own creation, fresh from the machine.

Comment GELATO and we’ll send you the direct link to book. 🍦

Roma solidale in movimento!

Bellezza, memoria e solidarietà, tutto nello stesso giorno. Grazie a chi c’era, a chi ci ha sostenuto e a chi ci ha guardato passare.

Alla prossima edizione! 🙌

You could join another two-hour tour and hear the same facts as everyone else. Or you could actually make something. ✨

Inside their historic gelato laboratory, the Ciampini brothers open the doors to the craft behind one of Rome’s most refreshing traditions. You’ll learn how real artisanal gelato comes to life: choosing ingredients, balancing sweetness and texture, working the base, and transforming it into a fresh batch you’ll create with your own hands.
