Enjoyed learning about Ilonggo food and trying ingredients such as kadyos and Tultul salt! Especially enjoyed seeing Chef Bea in her element, and touched to learn that this is one of her first bigger supper clubs!

@lavieenrose_mnl Supper Club has always been about collaboration. With my background in PR, I’ve always loved bringing people together and creating shared experiences in spaces. Coupled with my deep passion for F&B, LVR Supper Club has become a series where we get to discover new cuisines, cooking styles, flavors and even ingredients. I truly cherish these experiences!

Over the last couple of years, we’ve had the privilege of working with so many young, up-and-coming chefs and brands who’ve each brought something amazing! And this August, we’re especially lucky to have @beamagalona of @cienda.ilo joining us, highlighting Ilonggo cuisine and everything that makes it so special. ✨
