Check out this moment from the Walk Against Domestic Violence at Canterbury Park.

Look up the definition of "Community Love and Engagement" you'll see PhatCat ( @exotickitty ) active and living in the moment while she promotes whats going on in town and who is making things happen.
No ego, just spreading love by acknowledging people for theor greatness.
Phatcat helps make the community strong and sets an example for all of us to follow as one big family.

Love you Sis💜💯👽

You know the feeling...

That weird twisting feeling in your belly when the client who cancels last minute asks you to waive your cancellation policy. AGAIN.

The knot in your stomach when someone asks for "just this one exception."

The gut drop when reading "that" email at dinnertime on Sunday.

For many women business owners, the hardest part isn't creating the policy. It's enforcing it.
Because boundaries often come with guilt. But they shouldn't. And they definitely don't have to.

Join us for Mend Your Boundaries, an honest conversation about policies, professionalism, people pleasing, communication, and learning how to maintain healthy boundaries without feeling like the bad guy.

I'm honored to welcome Kristin Wald as our guest facilitator. Kristin is Vice President of S.O.F.I.A. (Start Out Fresh Intervention Advocates), a certified Domestic Violence Response Team member, and an educator focused on healthy relationships, boundaries, and reducing self-blame.

Because policies aren't punishments. They're boundaries.
