POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

last night, I stood in front of a powerful group of women. I shared my purpose that was placed on my soul as long as I can remember. I shared things I used to hide from, and tough things I have had to unlearn. I shared how this all means I’m the best person to hold space for your business development.

This clip is from last year, where a similar room was curated for powerful change.

Elevate & Inspire is almost here for the 3rd year. Something that was once just an idea…. Is now so much more than that.

4 women said YES last night, and We only have about 15 seats left to hit our goal… will you help us reach it!? 🫶

Comment “event” and get the link to join us!!!

Or simply share this with a friend, like or comment. It all helps us help more people 💛💛💛💛

Visibility is not the same as connection, and content isn’t the same as a real conversation.

Time is your greatest asset, start spending it in rooms that actually drive human connection. SO THAT people know they need to work with you before they even see your instagram account.

Comment “event” to join us at Elevate & Inspire in April.

Two full days to pour into your business in a way that works…. No more learning the things, this is where we DO the things.

Running a creative business can be beautiful…
and also really isolating.

So we built something we wished existed.

No networking pressure.
No elevator pitches.
No pretending you have it all together.

Just a community of women who get it and are here to encourage and motivate you to be the best you can be.

✨️ DM me for an invitation! ✨️

👇PLEASE READ! 📢
.
Hi guys we wanted to take this opportunity to show our appreciation for Employee of the Year, 🥳Amelia Tolles! 🎉Amelia was super motivated we were informed by customers and other vendors that she would take the initiative to bring her own bank of cash to work, make change for customers and keep all of the 💸money for herself,💸 she even had special monthly meet up groups where she would specifically sell all of our products and ring everyone up under her own small business (Dark, Erotica Author Zenna Rose) venmo and cash app! She's multi-talented also running a business where she single handedly runs and manages your business for you and she's an administrator of a women's group on FB that supports local business owners! We've been having a little trouble reaching her to let her know she's been awarded Employee of the Year for Ginger Voodoo because she's blocked our number and also on all social media accounts. We're just wondering when we might receive the rest of the money she so kindly managed for us and has been holding onto and also to let her know we aren't financially able to operate in Virginia anymore (sorry guys) until that happens. If anybody knows how to get in touch with her or could ask her for the pin code she's locked us out of all of our electronic devices 📲🤳that would be incredibly helpful! 😊Thank you Amelia for treating our business (Ginger Voodoo) that Riley and I started 13 years ago with the tender loving care that it so deserved. You are definitely one in a million!👍👏

l used to wait until I had a perfect plan before I moved.

Now?
I take the next right step.

That’s what NLP taught me.

Because you can spend years waiting for clarity...
Or you can train your brain to create it.

At a retreat I attended, we kept asking:

🌟What’s the next right thing?
🌟 What’s the smallest shift that brings you back into alignment?

That’s what we are all about sharing.

It’s not about learning more info.

It’s about rewiring your inner world — so action becomes easy, clarity becomes automatic, and change sticks for good.

Ready to start and have you been waiting to take the next step? Then this is definitely for you:

We will be meeting up in VA Beach area on November 20 from 6-8pm.

Surround yourself with those people as much as you can. They'll come through for you 100% of the time, meet you where you're at and never ask for anything more than you can give.

Come to an experience of unwinding, releasing what’s getting in your way and resetting your energy for receiving what and who you are ready to be ✨.

At Tranquil Flame Studio, we hold space for you to come as you are, leave your to do list and worries to the side, and you can even leave them behind afterwards.

Quantum means no limits on time or space- you can release and clear what you’re ready to let go of no matter how long it’s been with you.

Energy is what everything is made of— our bodies, our thoughts, our emotions, even the mats we lay on. Energy wants to move and flow. When we keep it locked inside attached to thoughts and beliefs that hold us back, it’s not just still- it causes inflammation, discomfort, pain.

Recharging your energy is simply helping what is ready to be cleared move on, like cleaning a window that’s gotten mucked up.

Then your energy can flow, your body and mind can relax, release, and you can tune in to your inner world, your intuition, the still small voice that guides you to what is next.

What is next for you? It’s big! It’s inspiring! It’s waiting for you to meet it!

Prioritize you making time for you. 💞

We only have now, this present moment.

And she’s right.

Every time we help a small business grow, especially a woman-owned business, we’re not just changing one life — we’re building a ripple effect.

More success.

More leadership.

More businesses that make it instead of closing their doors too soon.

We’re rewriting the future for entrepreneurs — one small win at a time.

If you’ve ever felt the pull to be part of something bigger, this is your invitation. 💫
