Sturgy.GFX’s Most Underrated Player: Cillian Davis.

Davis was able to contribute as a rookie in hi-motion in the slot, as well as at the stationary position on the outside. He was very efficient in the intermediate and quick passing game, and wins a ton of underneath and double move routes. He contributed at corner and nickel as well, where he had pass break ups in the hook to curl, open field tackles defending the hi motion, and played and effected all areas of special teams.

This is a player that can step right into any system and produce. 🔥

🚨 SUMMER OFF-SEASON TRAINING — ENROLLMENT OPEN 🚨

12 weeks. 3 phases. One mission: come back a problem.

While everyone else is “staying in shape” this summer, our HS and college athletes will be rewriting what their bodies can do.

This isn’t lift-run-repeat. It’s the same triphasic methodology elite college and pro programs use — three progressive blocks that build the complete athlete from the ground up:
🔻 Phase 1 — ECCENTRIC: Build the brakes. Tendon resilience. Harder cuts. Fewer injuries.
⏸️ Phase 2 — ISOMETRIC: Own the position. Stop leaking energy where games are won.
💥 Phase 3 — CONCENTRIC: Unleash. Sprint mechanics, jumps, peak power. Show up to preseason a different athlete.

✅ 5–6 sessions/week, coach-led small groups
✅ Individualized loading by sport + training age
✅ Speed, agility, conditioning every phase
✅ Movement screens + pre/post performance testing
✅ Recovery, nutrition + in-season carryover planning

📅 June 1st - August 31st
📍 Plymouth, MA
💰 Pay in full — OR split it into 4 easy payments

🔥 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐘 𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐃: Pay in full before May 25th and take $50 OFF the total program cost.
⚠️ Serious athletes only. Spots are limited.
Commit to the summer. Own the season.

We’ve been slacking on posts but not on training. In the gym and on the field - From 1620 Storm to PSYF Jags - we’ve been busy.

Today is a special one.

Coach Cillian officially signed his professional contract with the AFL’s Odesa Drillers—and this moment means more than just football.

For years, he got overlooked. Was told that it was time to move on. That the dream wasn’t realistic.

Instead of listening, he worked. He showed up early and stayed late. Kept betting on himself when others didn’t.

That relentless drive and quiet confidence are exactly what he teaches to our athletes at Level Up Athletics b/c it’s baked into our culture. Coach Cil doesn’t just train athletes — he builds belief, resilience, and an unbreakable work ethic that carries into every arena of life for our athletes.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. Congrats, Coach. The work speaks.
