I met this beautiful, wonderful woman on top of a mountain after photographing her bonus daughters proposal ✨

I’ve been connected to her and this family since meeting her other bonus daughter Kyra years ago. (Kyra has also done multiple FEMPOWER sessions!!😍)

Last fall I photographed one of their weddings!! Earlier this year another’s maternity session…. It will never get old being a part of these incredible moments and being intertwined with incredible humans like this whole crew.

When Cindy said she was interested in her own FEMPOWER session I am quite certain I squealed!!!! The whole session was incredible. The photos are fun of course but these fempower sessions always bring more than the photos - the connections, the conversations, the healing….. it’s straight up MAGIC ✨

Alsooooo - friendly reminder that the announcement is coming SOON for the:

Behind the scenes of a virtual yoga class...

I first designed a Wellness in the Workplace program when I was still working for Corporate America - luckily, I had a branch manager who was in complete support! She understood the benefits. Since retiring from that world, I have had the pleasure of providing these programs to many other corporate clients/schools. Since companies are still providing hybrid working options to their employees, providing virtual classes means I get to reach more people = Win/Win.

Offering wellness in the workplace is not a luxury - it's an investment in your employees!

Fun fact: Happier, healthier employees make for a stronger and more positive business!

If interested in providing a yoga or meditation program in your workplace, comment below or check out our website (link in bio) for our other offerings.
