POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This weekend, after hosting an event where I got to share my story AND do a little teaching about the science behind some of the products I absolutely love, I found myself reflecting…

How did I even get here?? ❤️

Sometimes I look back at the twists and turns in my life and think… everything really did happen for a reason.
After years of nursing in the hospital, my career took an unexpected turn and I moved into a remote nursing position. Sometimes I NEVER wanted to do....I am too social to be alone all day!

Little did I know that just ONE month later, I would be diagnosed with cancer.

I truly believe that change in my work environment gave me the space I needed to focus on my own health, healing and recovery in a way I simply couldn’t have done working in the hospital.

I started using the products because I wanted to support my body. And along the way, I began feeling the difference. I experienced firsthand what it felt like to prioritize nourishment, nutrition and supporting my body through one of the hardest seasons of my life.

But honestly… the BEST part has been the people. 🥹❤️
Because it’s not just about physical health.
It’s about COMMUNITY.

When you want to succeed, you surround yourself with successful people. When you want to be healthy, you surround yourself with healthy people.
And when you want to be healthy AND successful… you surround yourself with people who want the same things. 🙌🏼

This team has become one of the most unexpected and beautiful parts of my life. The love, encouragement, accountability and shared desire to live our BEST lives…
And maybe that’s why this feels so much bigger than products to me.
As a nurse, I’ve always wanted to help people. Now I get to help people think about health from a more preventative, proactive perspective, while building a community of people who genuinely want to help others do the same. Just like nurses.

If you’ve ever felt like there has to be another way to help people feel better, live healthier and create a life you actually love…
Maybe this is your sign. ✨
If you’re curious about what I’m doing and how you could become part of this community, co

I never expected THIS.

I thought I was getting a business.

What I found was friendship, purpose, and a whole community of women who care deeply about helping people feel better and live healthier.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling when someone starts their health journey with you… and then comes back and says,

"I feel so good.”
"I have more energy.”
“I’m finally taking care of myself."
"THIS IS THE BEST I HAVE FELT IN YEARS!"

Knowing that I played even a small part in that?

That fills my soul. ❤️

I’ve spent 18 years surrounded by nurses, and I never thought I could find another group of women who would give me that same feeling of connection and purpose.

But I did.

Women who are passionate.
Women who care.
Women who cheer each other on.
Women who want to make a difference.

This isn’t just a business to me.

It feels like I found a piece of my purpose I didn’t even know I was missing.

And I’m so grateful. 🥹❤️

Our Movement + Metabolic Workshop was next-level.

Women showed up (in the cold Chicago winter!) ready to move, learn, detox their routines, and step into a healthier, more empowered version of themselves!! It made my heart so full to see how many women showed up for themselves 💓

We sweat together.
We learned how to fuel our metabolism.
We sampled clean + non-toxic products.
We talked longevity, vitality… and building wellness from the inside out.

But the best part?
✨ Connection
✨ Confidence
✨ Women realizing they can take control of their health AND create opportunity for their future and their families future!

This is what happens when wellness meets purpose and community. This is what makes my heart happy.

If you missed it, don’t worry — we’re doing it again… because it was just that good.
Drop MARCH if you’re ready to elevate your health, energy, and maybe even your income 😁

We hosted our FIRST live event today — and WOW… what a hit! 🙌🏼

It was incredible seeing so many amazing faces come together (on a cold Chicago day!) to sweat through a live workout, learn during our women’s metabolism workshop, and share both struggles and successes at our wellness stations. This is exactly why we’re building this — community, growth, and support on the wellness journey.

I’m seriously PROUD of this team and so grateful for every person who showed up. I hope you left feeling inspired to take your health to the next level — and found your tribe to do it with. 💛

We are just getting started… stay tuned for our NEXT local events — we’re coming in hot! 🎉🔥

Team — you crushed it!!!#wellnessjourney
