Kevin. Lindlau. Sent. Aleitheia. This second ascent and resulting grade confirmation (D16) is kind of huge for the sport of dry tooling/mixed climbing. The route was put up by @cinepilon in a long dark hole-in-the-ground type cave near Belluno, Italy. Two years later, on January 24, 2024 @lindlaukevin, fuelled by dedication and too much coffee, took the second ascent after months of training and focus. Supported by @cinepilon, belayers @keenan_panda and @angelika_rainer and committed camera lady @mtnghoststudio, this route goes down in history as the first confirmed D16.

Congrats Kevin. You earned this.

Since my first competition, alone here in Rabenstein, I dreamed of putting a team together.
We grew slowly, in these past few years, but the hype was there all along.
This team meeting proved that something big is finally happening. Such a fun weekend it has been, full of training, learning, laughing and great bonding!
