Këto foto janë bërë gjatë The Art of Gathering nga @georgebaxhaku , një event ku gra të ndryshme u mblodhën për të ndarë ide, energji, histori… dhe stil.

Dhe pikërisht aty më erdhi përsëri një mendim që e has shpesh edhe në punën time:

Sa herë zvogëlohemi, vetëm që të mos biem shumë në sy?

Ruajmë fustanin e bukur “për një rast”.
Heqim vathët sepse duken too much.
Zgjedhim diçka më neutrale që të mos na shohin shumë.

Dhe, pa e kuptuar, ndonjëherë nuk po thjeshtojmë vetëm veshjen.

Po ulim volumin e vetes.

Për mua, stili personal nuk ka të bëjë me të qenit gjithmonë elegante, perfekte apo e kuruar.

Ka të bëjë me lirinë për të zgjedhur si dëshiron të shfaqesh.

Edhe me një fustan vintage në një event.
Edhe me buzëkuq të kuq të martën.
Edhe me vathët më të mëdhenj vetëm për të pirë një kafe.
Edhe kur shkon të marrësh fëmijën nga shkolla.

Sepse ndoshta “rasti special” nuk është eventi.
Rasti je TI.

Dhe kjo është ajo që më pëlqeu edhe tek The Art of Gathering: gra që mblidhen, shihen, frymëzojnë njëra-tjetrën dhe i japin vetes pak më shumë hapësirë për të qenë.

Bota nuk ka nevojë për më shumë gra që dinë të “përshtaten” bukur.

Ka nevojë për më shumë gra që ndihen të lira të jenë VETËVETJA.

Edhe nëse dikujt i duket too much. 😉

A heartfelt thank you to @sareistudios & @rootssociety.al for giving my portraits such a beautiful setting and for placing them at the heart of a truly special occasion.

“The Art of Gathering” was more than a traditional exhibition. Guests were invited to observe my painting process and engage in conversations about the timeless role of portraiture.

Every face tells a story before a single word is spoken. I have learned that when we really look at someone, we discover much more than their appearance. Because to really see someone is already a form of connection.

And perhaps that is the true art of gathering: creating a space where we pause, truly see one another, and connect. 🎨🤍✨

The Art, the Artist, and the Muse...

I wanted this portrait to feel alive — bold yet intimate, expressive yet vulnerable. A balance between realism and abstraction, where emotion moves through every brushstroke and color becomes part of the soul of the painting itself. 🖌🌿

There is something untamed within this work, yet deeply tender.
A presence that does not ask to be explained, only felt.

The portrait emerged slowly through layers of color and intuition, revealing not only a face, but an energy — powerful, passionate, and profoundly human.

Each stroke became part of a silent dialogue between the artist and the muse, where instinct guided the hand more than intention. What remained on the canvas was not simply a likeness, but an emotional imprint — raw, luminous, and alive. ❤️‍🔥

“Becoming”

Transformation isn’t loud
It doesn’t knock
It doesn’t perform

It happens while no one is watching—
in the hours kept quiet
In the vows honored in silence
in the steady refusal to quit

It feels slow, because it is honest
It feels heavy, because it is real
But once it takes root,
it knows how to become

Still slightly abstract, this work portrays the in-between phase —where emotion and intuition lead over certainty.

A waxing moon hovers lightly above the figure’s head—a symbol of transformation and gentle becoming. 🌙 Two small blue birds appear like fleeting whispers, subtle messengers of intuition and the inner voice. 🐦
Sumptuous roses and tender leaves evoke the quiet growth that occurs when transformation takes root. 🌹🍃

What once lived in the in-between has gently arrived into form. Between presence and mystery, the Self takes root—and knows how to become.
