:: noites de poesia @moagem_aljezur ::

🔄🎢🔝➿↕️〰️📈🔛📉♾️⚖️🌅🌌🌄
Aprendendo os 50 tons de resultados, gentilmente vossa,
Manon🌻

Welcoming the waves, the ups and downs, the heartbeat rhythm, the flow of life, never the same. 🌊
Last Friday at À Lareira🔥, we had a quiet jam, an intimate moment together, a pause after the previous peaks and before the next ones, as a resting breath between two sets of runs.
Many, many - many - exemples in nature, in our bodies, show us these movements, these oscillations that make life possible.
Still, we might have (I have) the tendency to expect our projects to remain the same stable success, or even more and more successful. Result of our occidental society mindset, maybe? Or is it a natural Evolution tendency? 🧐
Yesterday might not have been successful in a common sense of business, but what if it was being part of the success because low-peaks are necessary to recover energy? 😮‍💨
So what if yesterday was actually a completely successful night following a Natural pattern? 🍃
🔄🎢🔝➿↕️〰️📈🔛📉♾️⚖️🌅🌌🌄
Learning the 50 shades of results, kindly yours,
Manon🌻

And another night of poetry by the fireplace, at À Lareira🔥. Last Friday was an intimate moment proposed by @rainhadovale__ who invited George C @circlepermaculture and left the mic open so that the poetry within each person can have a listening space.🥰
And to close the night, a special mention for Mr Ernesto Silva, poet-ceramist from Aljezur, who we had the pleasure of welcoming last month.

Gratitude to all!

🌱 Celebrating 8 Years of Growth 🌿
8 years ago I earned my Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) in Ibiza, Spain, alongside my sister Leilani through @circlepermaculture 🌍

🙏 Reflecting on this transformative journey fills me with gratitude. I had the privilege of learning Permaculture at Casita Verde, Ibiza Ecologic's flagship project—an eco-education center showcasing sustainable living and alternative energies, home to Green Heart Ibiza. 💚

🌻 This intensive program, led by exceptional instructors Doug Crouch and George Christofis, expanded my horizons. I learned to grow food, harness natural energy, and embrace new systems of sustainable living.

🌟 My sister's persuasion during a family reunion on another Balearic island, Mallorca, led me to invest my last savings in this adventure. "Let's go!" I thought.

✨ Leilani and I opted for the budget option, sharing a small tent under the stars for the two-week course. We immersed ourselves in learning, from building swales to creating sauerkraut, saving seeds, and designing sites.

🌻 Weekends were dedicated to exploring Ibiza's untamed beauty, historic towns, and rich culture. Ibiza, I discovered, is more than a party destination—it's a hub of alternative living and natural beauty.

💔 Amidst all this, my marriage was falling apart. 🏄‍♀️ This journey became my refuge for self-healing, family visits, and a cascade of opportunities, from launching a Surf/Yoga retreat in Sri Lanka to becoming a Yoga Teacher in India and studying Pranayama in Mysore.

🌿 Trusting my instincts and putting myself first was key. This journey rekindled my life and deepened my connection to regenerative living, externally and internally.

💫 Thank you to all who joined this incredible adventure! Here's to more growth, learning, and thriving. Remember, you're worth it! Thrive on. 🌱
