🤸The triqueta lock cartwheel with a hand hoop is here.
Inspired by @circusduchess ‘s handstand mandala video .
Just a test run. I try to cartwheel with a hand hoop as well and it works surprisingly easy.
Next time I’m gonna try to cartwheel with a spinning hand hoop like what I saw in an RG clip, fingers crossed.🤞

As much as I LoVe to flow myself, I absolutely LOVE watching other flow artists do their thing✨

There’s something so beautiful about seeing someone move, create, play, and express themselves in their own unique way.

Every flow artist brings their own energy, style, and magic—and I’m here for all of it🌀💫

Flow is such a beautiful reminder that there’s no “right” way to move.

Just your way. ❤️

Keep flowing, keep creating, and keep inspiring🔥

Love You @circusduchess ❤️❤️

You know that feeling when you meet someone for the first time and somehow, you just know you’re going to connect? ❤️
That’s exactly how I felt when I pulled up and saw Lindy smiling at me. All the anxiety I usually feel when meeting someone new instantly melted away.

And then came the hug… and it genuinely felt like coming home. 🥹❤️

Some people just have a way of making you feel comfortable, seen, and completely at ease from the very first moment. I’m so grateful for that kind of connection — the kind that feels effortless, familiar, and meant to be.

So thankful our paths crossed, Lindy @circusduchess ❤️✨
