Cirio Collective 2026 was a season to remember! It was a joy to create beautiful art with some of the most hardworking, inspiring and incredibly selfless humans. Beyond lucky to have been able to do something like this for 12 years and so grateful to do it with @jeffreycirio and @bradleyschlagheck by my side. Last week we just finished up our short but sweet, one week season of @ciriocollective. Can’t believe it’s been 12 years now. It flew bye so fast, but was a productive week. After 10 year anniversary, we decided to solely focus on process. The process to create without a time constraints. The process of being able to get your ideas out on bodies that are creative and bring their own artistry that you can feed off of. Last season, we started that process and this year we continued down that road. Im so excited to share this piece come next year. It’s definitely an idea / inspiration I’ve had for a while. I’m so grateful and privileged to have the time and space to create, and that @vineyardarts would have us back. Thanks you to the wonderful dancers and friends that were a part of this years magic. You all ooze talent and I’m grateful for your time and work. Thanks for diving in with me. To my partners, @msliac & @bradleyschlagheck I couldn’t do this without either of you. This team is the dream! Love you 🫶 Till next year ❤️

@ciriocollective Season 12: OPEN GROUND ✅ Another incredible year of new work, new supporters, and a truly special group of dancers. This season was about taking the time to create, and about the importance of discovery in producing new choreographic works. Grateful to everyone who was part of the journey. See you in 2027!

Wow! This has got to be the craziest, best year of my life. With the go go go mentality, I don’t always stop to recognize all that can happen in one year. Personally, 2025 was truly special. Let’s take a trip down memory lane… I didn’t quite make it to the end of Nutcracker due to a minor calf injury but I did 3 out of 5 weeks. It’s ok, we do it again next year. Loved dancing with all my partners. Revisited Jewels for the 3rd time in my career, performing in the only section I haven’t done before, Emeralds. Loved getting to work with Sandy Jennings again. Lia and I took a quick minimoon to Jamaica right before our season started. Oh yeah, I got married to Lia Cirio! I’ve already gushed about what a great time we had. Can’t wait to share more photos. Performed at the Lake Tahoe Dance Festival! Such a beautiful location and festival. It’s great getting to see our Tahoe friends each year. Had my bachelor party in Nashville with the best group of dudes. Danced in Martha’s Vineyard with the Cirio Collective for our 11th season! Surprised my mom for her 60th birthday party in my hometown. She had no idea I was coming. Visited Los Angeles for the first time while performing Swan Lake on tour with Boston Ballet. Saw all the sites, even had time to visit Disneyland with some great friends. With the help of my first dance teacher, I was able to curate and direct my first ballet performance gala in my home state of Michigan. From Boston to Bay Harbor, A Night at the Ballet was such a great success we are doing it again this coming summer! I performed some pretty awesome ballets in the spring including Balanchine’s Symphony in Three Movements, Maillot’s Romeo and Juliet, and two ballets by my favorite choreographer, Jiri Kylian, Petite Mort and 2752. I watched the ladies of BB2 perform beautifully my choreography, The Fourth Way. I traveled to the prestigious St Paul School in New Hampshire to create a brand new piece for the dance department. Thank you for having me and I can’t wait to come back someday. Thanks 2025! Still feeling the high from my week with the Cirio Collective earlier this summer! Last post of 2024! What an amazing year it has been! From our baby boy, to all the time spent with family and friends. I’m definitely counting my blessings. I’m so grateful that I got to spend time with all of these beautiful humans. To more dancing and good times in 2025!
