COMING SOON: New Tag AI feature will be launching on the Legiteem8 app soon.

Here’s a preview from the dev version on our TestFlight

It allows you to:

- Scan your Tag

- AI then matches to other versions of same tag posted to Legiteem8

- Scroll through matches and drill down on green ✅ or red ❌ to research other tees on that same tag

- AI also gives you an estimated date for the tag

Current matches are all from our own data from the App but we’re building the ability to scrape outside

Our plan is to make this completely free to help you learn more about tags whether your at home or in the wild

The feature will NOT give a read on authenticity. You’ll still need to submit your tee for a Community or Expert authentication to do that.

Bear with us as results and experience will improve over time.

We’ll let you know when the update is live on the App Store.

Here are the top 15 most faked tags on Legiteem8 based on %:

- Timeframe is from launch (June 2022) to around mid-Feb 2025

- Results include Expert and Community data

- For reference, average fail rate across all tags is around 5%

- Tag needed a minimum of 15 entries to be included but some tag brands have been uploaded thousands of times to the app.

- Regular Giant tag just missed the Top 15 and made the Top 20 coming in at a 10.58% rate

Being that it was so close, we felt we had to do a prize for 2nd place so we’re awarding $750 for second.

It took longer than we expected but we’re excited to announce the finalists for the @screenstarsbest Ultimate Grail Contest 👕🏆

Each of the finalists have won $100 and now it’s up to you to vote to determine the grand prize winner - who wins $1500 and the ultimate bragging rights that come with owning the ultimate SS grail

Voting will happen here in the comments. Just enter the shirts “Entry Number” or name in the comments and we’ll do the rest. Limit one vote per IG account and yes, you can vote for your own shirt

Voting will be open until 9pm pst on Dec 30th. We’ll then close the comments, tally the votes, and announce the winner in early Jan 2025

We’ll even be randomly selecting one voter from the comments for a $150 prize. The only requirement to win that $150 is that you have to be following @legiteem8 and @screenstarsbest on IG. But anyone can vote in the comments, whether you’re following us or not.

As your voting and commenting, just remember the word “Grail” is in the eyes of the beholder. These tees not only met our established criteria, some of them had a rarity and uniqueness that went beyond their $ value. Let us know if you spot anything special about any of them?
