POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This magnificent Topanga property has been a regular part of our lives for the past few years and it’s on the market! @citrine_interiors was brought on by the original owners pre-pandemic to help make it presentable as it was in quite a state of neglect at the time. With a few modest upgrades and of course a full staging it sold quickly. The next owner also became a client, keeping much of the staging furniture and enlisting us to advise on an extensive remodel that never happened. Post pandemic he decided to re-enter urban life so this special home is once again up for grabs. Who knows, maybe the next owners will keep us yet again on to finally see it to its full potential! It’s certainly a gem worthy of a thoughtful design enhancing its unique hybrid Mediterranean/ mid century architecture. Imagine if this was your everyday view! 👁️‍🗨️⚡️

It’s a great feeling when you design an outside area for a client, become friends and be invited back to enjoy social gatherings on warm balmy evenings. And just magic when everyone there loves the relaxed style and very comfortable furniture. Indoor/outdoor is like an extra room and each client has different lifestyle needs some chilled and some more formal, there are unlimited configurations and we love creating these outdoor vignettes #indooroutdoorliving #tulumvibes #topangacanyon #outdoorlounge #interiordesign #interiorstyling #citrineinteriors #topangacanyon #citrinedesignfiles #homestaging #luxurylifestyle #realestate #westcoastliving #californiastyle #modernranch #eclectichome #interiorstyling #interiordesign #designinspiration #textiles #midcenturymodern #bohohome #globalnomad #curatedhome #decoração #bestlife #retreat #homeinspo #homesweethome #dominomag #elledecor #malibulifestyle #citrineartadvisory

Had the great pleasure of accompanying @johnedwardheaton to visit the studio of British artist @damianelwes over the weekend. I was totally captivated by his exuberant oversized paintings of famous artists studios. He and @lewelwes recounted e few of their wild adventures of living deep in the Colombian rainforest while we ate frozen grapes in the garden (new favorite summer snack!) 🍇 Stay tuned for details of his upcoming gallery show. ⚡️

Sharing “Before & Afters” of my project with a recent homeowner in Topanga…
The Seller wasn’t able to get above $1.7 mill. when his home was previously listed. After touring the home, and assuring him he had something special and valuable, we decided to use the Realvitalize program to restore his home which was damaged by a previous Tenant. With no out-of-pocket money, we made a budget and plan, cleaned it up, painted, installed new flooring, updated bathrooms, painted decks, added gravel, and staged it. When we listed, we received multiple offers and were under contract in 5 days, Over Asking Price, and Sold for $2,200,000…. $500,000 more than previously listed! If you have questions about this project, or want to learn more about the Realvitalize program at Coldwell Banker, please reach out to me. More photos at 21223Colina.com
