15 slides. One incredible community. 💗 To everyone who attended, donated, participated, and helped make our Breast Cancer Fundraiser possible — THANK YOU. To our coaches, staff, and the entire TBC/CKO family, thank you for bringing the energy, generosity, and heart that make this community special. We celebrate the fighters, honor the survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and stand beside everyone still facing the battle. Strength is more than what we lift. It’s what we give to one another. 💗 With gratitude, TBC Fitness #TBCFitness #CKOClark #StrongerTogether #BreastCancerAwareness #StrengthWithPurpose CommunityInMotion

🚨YOUTH ATHLETE FOUNDATION PROGRAM: STARTS NOW‼️ Our Fall Youth Athlete Foundation Program begins October 5th for ages 12–19. This is not just another workout program. We’re teaching young athletes the fundamentals they can carry into every sport and every stage of training: better movement mechanics, posture, breathing, balance, coordination, body awareness, injury awareness, confidence and progressive strength. Mondays + Thursdays | 3:30–4:30 PM Small group coaching. Limited to 7 athletes. Families now have two ways to join: * Save with the full 3-month program * Join month-to-month The goal is simple: build the athlete before chasing performance. Stronger movement. Better habits. More confidence. A foundation that lasts. For availability and pricing: info@totalbodyconceptfitness.com Text: 908-463-9011 The basics. Without the noise.

#1000session #kickboxing #boxhardtrainsmart We’re bringing back the 1,000 Session Club but this time it means more. For years, we celebrated 1,000 sessions with a shirt and a social post. Somewhere along the way, that tradition faded. With TBC now building a new identity and culture, it feels important to recognize the people who helped carry us here. This is for the members who kept showing up through the changes, uncertainty, new programs, new systems and the evolution of what this place has become. 1,000 sessions is not just attendance. It’s consistency, trust, patience, feedback, loyalty and a lot of work. Congratulations to @marian.o8 and @flee9992024 on 1,000 sessions and thank you for making so many of those sessions count while continuing to support us along the way. We appreciate every single member of this community, but there is something special about the people who stayed through every chapter and helped us build the next one. The culture is changing. The standard is rising. And the people who helped get us here deserve their flowers. Better believe the best is yet to come. 🙏🏽💯

The Glute Lab is NOT about chasing a burn. It is a fun, team-based strength session built around simple patterns that help reinforce the muscles we underuse in our forward-heavy lifestyle; sitting, driving, screens, and years of leaning into movement. We’ll train the posterior chain: glutes, hamstrings, spinal erectors, lats, rhomboids, rear delts, and calves. The goal: more strength behind you to support a taller position, better control, and more confidence in how you move. Free for TBC members + a guest. Food and refreshments to follow. Butt. Back. Team. Results.

Youth Athlete Foundation Program starts Monday, October 5. Built for athletes/Students ages 12–19 who need more than random and cookie cutter synchronized workouts. This is where they learn individuality & learn how to move with control, understand their body, and build real strength that transfers to sport and life. Programmed and coached by Charles alongside TBC coaches. What we’ll build: • Posture, movement basics, and stronger mechanics • Breathing, focus, body awareness, and balance • Confidence under movement and load • Injury awareness, understanding how poor habits can lead to breakdown • Long-term compound strength, coordination, and athletic resilience Mondays + Thursdays 3:30–4:30 PM Starting 10/5 Pop-up sessions may be added throughout the program. Limited spots available. Link in bio, text 908-463-9011, or email info@totalbodyconceptfitness.com.
