As I sit here at home after 76 days with the Blue Knights and figure out how to type up a message to accurately reflect on my summer, all I can think about is how eternally grateful I am for this experience. When I first auditioned, I didn’t realize truly how special this corps was. Now I realize. After 76 long days of working on something so special with so many special people, I realize. It was never about the scores or the placements, but instead about the people around that care for each other and want nothing but the best for you. I could never have asked for a better rookie year of drum corps. I met some of my best friends for life. I traveled from coast to coast and seen things that I would have never been able to see had I not been a part of this. I spun with some of the most talented and amazing people that I have ever met. I also faced adversity like I’ve never known in my entire life. But even through the adversity of injuries, homesickness, frustration, sadness, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. So thank you, Blue Knights, for something so much bigger than myself. I can never repay this corps for all that it has given me in just one season. Forever a Blue Knight. I go on….💙 #jonga

i have no words to describe this amazing & talented group of people. thank you utsa indoor for my best friends and the best season. there is no greater feeling than getting to perform with the people i love.

As the Band Banquet tides down and the seniors begin to pack up, we just want to thank everyone for an amazing and emotional year. Thank you for watching, cheering, and learning alongside us as we navigated this yeah. It was a great night to be a Churchill charger
