🚴‍♀️💙 WE DID IT! LONDON TO BRIGHTON 2026! 💙🚴‍♂️

Yesterday, my brother Alex and I crossed the finish line in Brighton, and it was so much more than just completing a bike ride.

Every mile, every hill, every moment when our legs were tired had a purpose. We rode together to support the Alzheimer’s Society and everyone whose life has been touched by dementia. 💙

To every single person who donated, shared our fundraising page, sent us messages, encouraged us and believed in us: THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

Knowing that people were behind us gave us the strength to keep going all the way from London to Brighton.

Crossing that finish line was emotional. We felt proud, grateful and incredibly lucky to have shared this experience as brother and sister. 🥹🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

And the fundraising doesn’t have to finish at the finish line. If you wanted to support us but haven’t had the chance yet, there’s still time to donate. Every contribution matters and helps support people and families affected by dementia.

London ➡️ Brighton. Completed. Together. For a cause that matters. 💙🏁

Thank you for being part of our journey. We couldn’t have done it without your support. 🙏💙

Thank you so much @clarissue for this lovely testimonial! For anyone who’d like to join my next workshop, it’s on Friday 22nd May in London SE23: KINSHIP - a shamanic approach to physical theatre, dance and play. Low cost - only £25 for 5 hours. Link in bio.

“Rosalind is an incredible performer and theatre maker. So versatile and creative, she always makes you feel welcome and included. Drawing on ancestry, spirituality and the inner child, you are bound to unleash some magic by devising in the room with her.” - Clarisse Encontre.

Reliving the scenes from my vinyl set @loose.fm x @vinylb1tch 💘

We went from Appleseed deep cuts to closing out with that Madison Avenue classic ❤️‍🔥 then I passed the decks to the icon @scarlettperdereau and joined the dance circle with the crew 🤭

Nothing beats the energy of a room moving together, and I absolutely love playing for causes✨ this one was for International Women’s Day, and there will be more!

This Wednesday, on Earth Day, I’m bringing the vinyl to @solarflarescollective 🌍 lots of great DJs in the lineup and we’re raising funds for climate action 👼 Come through!

Happy National Theatre Day!

From the R&D performance of @rosparkerperformer's new show, which I performed in last Friday. Had a blast working on it over the past couple of months with the best group you can wish for.
Thanks to @clarissue for some behind-the-scenes shots, and @babel_theatre and @chisenhaledance

Fantastic work to everyone who joined our 2-part General American Accent Workshop 🇺🇸🎭

Today wrapped up the second and final session and the brilliant Rachel Coffey absolutely delivered. So much detail, insight and practical tools to help bring authenticity and confidence to your American accents.

Loved seeing everyone throwing themselves into it and pushing their skills further.

We’ve got more brilliant workshops coming up soon - check the link in our bio to see what’s next. ✨
