Congratulations to these 7 incredible athletes who have qualified for the next stage of the CrossFit season and will be competing in semifinals this Spring. Our age group athletes will be completing their semifinal workouts May 7-11 while Shawn will be completing his June 11-15.

We are so proud of the work you’ve put in and can’t wait to cheer you on in a few weeks.

The work is now done. Had my last day of prep this morning.Looking forward to hitting the floor and having some fun with the rest of these amazing athletes @mastersfitnesschampionship. Thanks to @clarkie25 from @crossfit.col for your time and guidance through all this training. I can’t wait to put everything together and put on a good show. Also a huge shoutout to the coaches @crossfit.col for giving me your time when I asked or if you saw something that could have been executed more efficiently. Thanks to @cf_colosseum for having me in your space today! LFG….

I'm one month out from my biggest comp to date. This sport and this gym @crossfit.col have given me an outlet to compete with some amazingly strong a dedicated members in my gym and some of top Old men CrossFit athletes in the sport. I need to thank @clarkie25 for taking the time to put a program together for the last 40 days before the @mastersfitnesschampionship comp. You took time out of your busy schedule to put this program together. I means a lot. Thank you
