#NewSundayNewBalance Snow On Tha Globe. Ownership Is The Real Sequel: 15 years after Snow on tha Bluff changed independent cinema forever, @realcurtissnow1 is still fighting to reclaim ownership of the story that illuminated him as a legendary filmmaker.

In 2021 while in Atlanta, Curtis shared with me how exploitative contracts and previous business relationships separated him from the financial upside and IP connected to the film. That conversation slowed me down.

Everybody wants virality. Everybody wants motion. Few people want to read the paperwork.

Watching Curtis navigate fame, exploitation, disappearance and now reclamation reminded me that intellectual property is legacy architecture.

Get the business right. Protect the masters. Protect the trademarks. Protect the backend. Protect the publishing. Protect the ownership before the moment arrives.

Now Curtis returns with Snow on Tha Globe (2026).

After redefining DIY cinema with Snow on tha Bluff, Atlanta cult icon Curtis Snow returns armed with an iPhone instead of a stolen camcorder to reclaim the story, identity and intellectual property attached to his name.

Hood icon Curtis Snow steals an iPhone and reclaims his stolen legacy. Fifteen years after @netflix fame and apparent ruin, he shares his surreal evolution from exploitation to independence completing his transformation from “OG Streamer” as dubbed by @kaicenat into a pioneer of today’s direct-to-consumer attention economy.

Salute my brothers @claycoryan for @localsonlyatl, @westwoodp120, @westviewloftatl major shout out to @motionfamily @lulsnOw_ak47 @def_atl @40calvino @darealatlanta @calicojonez @williamsfamilystaffing_atl and the whole team.

This is just the beginning.

We are planning a special screening in the nation’s capital with a panel discussion on independent film, ownership and creator economy survival.

NewSundayNewBalance: Professor Big Dipper. Entrepreneurship 101.

Dear Degenerate Business Owners,
you cannot outrun the learning curve. You can only meet it with discipline, humility, and repetition. Class as always, is in session.

If the shoe fits, choke on it. Entrepreneurship begins long before revenue. It begins in identity. It evolves when the human with an idea wholeheartedly divorces #Employeeism. Last Slide For Definition.

A wantrepreneur lives in possibility but avoids friction. Ideas flow endlessly, but action stalls at the altar of perfection. The vision is vivid, yet untested. Fear disguises itself as preparation, and time becomes the quiet thief. There is no shortage of intention, only a shortage of execution.

A launchpreneur disrupts that inertia. This is where theory meets resistance. Products are built, brands are born, and reality offers its first critique. It is messy, inconsistent, and often uncomfortable. Yet this stage is sacred. It is where courage is exercised, feedback is earned, and ego is refined into awareness. The launchpreneur learns that motion alone is not mastery, but it is necessary.

The entrepreneur emerges through endurance. Not simply one who starts, but one who sustains. Systems replace guesswork. Revenue replaces speculation. Discipline replaces hype. Here, the work is no longer about proving the idea, but protecting and evolving it. Growth becomes intentional, risks become calculated, and vision becomes infrastructure.

The distinction is commitment over talent.

Wantrepreneurs dream
Launchpreneurs initiate
Entrepreneurs endure

Many will circle primary stages indefinitely, mistaking activity for advancement. Progression demands confrontation with reality, not comfort within imagination.

Understand this: the process is not an obstacle. It is the purpose.

When the crowd rushes toward what is trending, what is safe, what is validated, choose expansion over alignment. Choose depth over noise. Choose growth that is inconvenient, unfamiliar, and quietly transformative.

When everyone goes left, grow right. Referring to my heart and not my hair.
