SETLIFE turns 1 🥳⛳️

52 Saturdays. Over 120 of London & the world’s hottest DJs up and coming and established All on the terrace of Somerset House.

SETLIFE was our answer to that Shoreditch 2016–2018 era when you could go out on a Saturday night and just PARTY.

No crazy ticket prices. No overthinking it. Just good music, good people and a care free night out .

That feeling is something we felt London had lost and never really got back… until now.

One year later, we’re still here every Saturday, putting music, connection and culture at the centre of one of London’s most prestigious landmarks.

Here’s to another year !!

See you on Saturdays. 🏌🏿⛳️

The Prince of Peckham is now part of our @city_stack London Pub Collection, alongside 80+ fantastic independent pubs across London! 🙌 You can now enjoy £10 off your bill with our Special Beer Mat!

This brick-built pub has long been part of the Peckham landscape, witnessing generations of local life, with names alternating between the Clayton Arms and the Dolls House. After 2 years of closure, the venue was revived in May 2017 as the Prince of Peckham by Clement, a community-driven publican determined to create a welcoming space for everyone. Why this moniker? It is inspired by Lee “The Peckham Prince” Stanley, a character from the 1990s TV show Desmond’s, which depicted a welcoming neighbourhood barbershop, a “home from home” for people from all walks of life. Does this remind you of something? To us, yes!

What is the CityStack London Independent Pub Collection? It’is the perfect gift for pub lovers! Our £25 pack of beer mats gives you £100 worth of food & drink at outstanding independent pubs across London, including the @princeofpeckham .
Each pack comes with a special beer mat to show at any ten of the 80+ pubs handpicked by the CityStack team. Have it stamped to get £10 off £20+ spend. Of course, you can spend more than £20 to show your support – they won’t turn you away! Do it ten times, save £100 (10 x £10 off = £100 worth of food and drink at pubs).
CityStack provides a fun experience too, including a map and a stack of collectible informative beer mats to learn more about a fantastic selection of London pubs.

This initiative aims to support great independent pubs and help pub lovers socialise within their budget.

Get your pack on citystack.co (link in bio)

Let’s go to independent pubs!

African Odysseys @BFI 2019 Q&A with Akala, Storm Saulter director of Sprinter starring Usain Bolt. Storm is hot now due to directing Skys Possession with Gugu Mbath Raw but it was African Odysseys who first gave him a national platform for his debut film Better Mus Come about the 1978 Green Bay Massacre in Jamaica. This is the type of diaspora talent that African Odysseys showcased until BFI cancelled the monthly, educational programme despite 18,400 petitioners, their own written 2023 promises and in breach of the 2010 Equality Duty law. Akala signed the petition as did Professor Sir Patrick Vernon, Dame Professor Elizabeth Anionwu, Professor Paul Gilroy, Dr Margaret Busby, Professor Gus John, Professor David Dabydeen and many more
