My favorite thing to get @cleverkoi is the kimchi noodles and if you haven’t had them yet, you’ve gotta try em’!

Another great dining option in Downtown Gilbert! If you’re feeling Asian food and you like fusion, this is a good place to check out! @cleverkoi #datenightgilbert #eastvalleydatenight #downtowngilbertaz #azdatenight #azfoodie

a moment for another month passing us by (a LOT quicker than I expected… it’s October already?!?!) — here’s some hits from September:

🥗 little gem and radicchio salad at @titoandpep with the best little crunchies on top
🥟 fried cauliflower bao @cleverkoi
🌮 all of the tacos at @huarachis.phx (but especially the pescado) and their papas Al disco
🧋 hazelnut coffee with banana cold foam at @satellite_coffeebar (arguably one of my top three coffees of the year)
🍟 chimaek special with tenders and spicy fries from @perillafare (a perfect happy hour deal!)

What are some of your faves from September? What should I add to my hit list for October??

If you’re looking for a restaurant with freshly prepared delicious food, attentive staff (like Gary and Myca shown here) and cool atmosphere, may I suggest @cleverkoi in Gilbert? We enjoy everything there, though my go-to is the pork ramen which is comparable to anything I’ve had in NY. The only thing you be disappointed in, is not having a reservation on the weekend because it’s just that good.

Btw, the origami stars represent hope, prosperity, love and good luck…which we all can use right about now ;)

a moment for some recent phoenix faves from my trip — that are awesome small businesses to support!!

🍳 @ollievaughns has solid rotation of quiches (like this bacon one) that always hit (and a Nutella pie in the bakery case rn)
📚 @changinghands is an old faves with lots of books and stickers AND @firstdraftbookbar that has lots of awesome drinks (including a tea and lemonade combo that goes well with any book you snag from them)
🥪 @cleverkoi has an awesome chicken katsu sando that I finally got my hands on!
🌮 also made it to the famous @huarachis.phx and they did not disappoint — the pescado tacos and papas al disco are my all time faves from this trip!
📒 @kinkangifts is my fave stationary shop in the Valley (at @culdesactempe that has so many other amazing shops)
🍔 finished my trip by stopping by @matildasallday (after a rec from my friend) and their breakfast sandwich is sensational!!!

Any of these spots you love in Phoenix? What spots should I try next time I’m here?
