Nine beautiful souls in one picture—Mom, Dad, six precious babies, and my little Selfie. 🐾❤️

Thank You, God, for keeping every puppy beautiful, healthy, and safe. I am so grateful that we found a loving new home and family for every single one of them.

Tomorrow is our final day together, and saying goodbye will be very emotional. I’m going to miss them more than I can explain. They became such a special part of every day—feeding them, bathing them, cleaning after them, holding them, and making sure they always felt safe and loved.

There was a place in my heart that felt empty, and caring for these babies brought me comfort. They helped quiet the longing I have carried for a child and gave me someone precious to nurture and love.

Thank You, God, for trusting me with these little lives. Thank You for blessing me, giving me another day of life, and allowing me to experience this beautiful journey. Please watch over every puppy as they begin their new lives. Keep them healthy, protected, and surrounded by love.

I will always love you, my sweet babies. You will forever have a special place in my heart. 🙏🏼🐾❤️

Reminder that change doesn’t happen over night. The way you look today may not feel that much different than yesterday, but that’s where consistency comes in. A tiny bit better each day sure does add up! I mean…there are 365 days in the year 🤔 Soooo when are you going to start 😘✨

🔥 WHO SAID WOMEN OVER 40 CAN’T BUILD MUSCLE?

Ladies, aging doesn’t mean giving up on your body!

You can still build beautiful legs, stronger glutes, defined shoulders, and a healthier body.

But here’s where many women go wrong.

They eat too little, do endless cardio, and wonder why they’re not seeing the muscle definition they want.

💪 Lift weights consistently.
🥩 Eat enough protein.
🍚 Fuel your workouts.
😴 Prioritize recovery.
❤️ Give yourself patience.

I’ve spent years in bodybuilding, and one thing I know is that consistency matters more than perfection.

Your age does not determine your strength. Your actions help shape your future!

😂 OH, SO WOMEN SHOULDN’T HAVE MUSCLES? 💪

Funny how some people have so much to say about a woman who lifts weights, builds muscle, and takes care of her body.

Since when did being strong make a woman less feminine?

Muscles don’t take away your femininity. They show your discipline, dedication, and hard work! 🔥

A woman can be beautiful, feminine, confident, AND muscular. We don’t have to choose!

I’ve spent years building my body, and I didn’t do it to meet somebody else’s expectations.

Ladies, don’t ever shrink yourself to make someone else comfortable.

Strong women aren’t the problem. Outdated mindsets are. 💯

Now tell me something… why do people still think women shouldn’t have muscles? 👀😂

😂🐾 Even dogs know their best angles! 📸

Who said posing is just for humans? 😂

Apparently, my Giant Schnauzer knows exactly how to turn, tilt, and strike the perfect pose for the camera! 🐶💁‍♀️

I guess even dogs have a good side! 😂❤️

Be honest… is this a future supermodel or what? 📸🐾

💪 YOUR WORKOUT DOESN’T END WHEN YOU PUT THE WEIGHTS DOWN!

What you eat after training matters just as much as the work you put in at the gym.

Your muscles need the right nutrition to recover, rebuild, and grow stronger.

🔥 Protein helps repair muscle.
🔥 Carbohydrates help restore energy.
🔥 Healthy fats support overall health.
🔥 Consistency brings results.

You can train hard every single day, but if you’re not fueling your body properly, you’re missing an important part of your progress.

Train with purpose. Eat with intention. Build with consistency.

As a professional athlete and nutrition coach, I always remind my clients: nutrition and training work together.

💜 Which of these six meals is your favorite after a workout?

I want to wake up every morning with a grateful heart, fill my mind with God’s Word, appreciate the little things, and trust His plan even when I cannot see the whole picture.

Sometimes the places where we cried the most become the places where God shows us just how faithful He is. 🙏🤍

Keep trusting. Your smile will come again. ✨

The best workout partners never skip. 🐾

They don’t hit snooze. They don’t “not feel like it.” They’re at the door, leash in mouth, ready to GO.

My Giant Schnauzers have taught me more about consistency than any training plan ever could.

Show up. Every day. No negotiations.

Your pose starts from the ground up. 👠

Want to look confident on stage — or in any photo? It begins with your feet.

Plant them. Press through the floor. Then let everything stack up: knees soft, hips set, shoulders back, chin high.

As a posing coach, this is the first thing I fix — and it changes EVERYTHING.

The reframe: confidence isn’t a feeling. It’s a position you practice.
