“My Life” is a heartfelt folk-rock song about confronting fear, the passage of time, and finding the strength to keep moving forward. With an anthemic chorus and vulnerable lyrics, it’s a reflection on resilience, love, and fighting for the life we’re given.

August was insane and flew by very fast….. a deposit. From gigs with Kadeema & Strums (including a kind of hometown show/ footy match), to catching up with Isaac then watching him absolutely smash the gig with Guns. To celebrating my favourite persons birthday to a magic catch up with Szonia and The Fray lads. Banana for scale.

Back in August 2024, we flew down to Nashville for a few writing sessions. We’d written with Brad from @highvalleyofficial and @benstennis before on Steal My Soul, but it was over Zoom, and this was our first time writing together in person. What came out of that session was Hanging Out in My Head. It’s been amazing seeing how far this song came, from the first voice memos, to stages all across North America. We wanted share some to the first moments of the song with you. Thanks for listening ❤️
