In a world that constantly asks us to do more and move faster…
sometimes the most valuable thing we can do is pause.

Last weekend, 9 women gave themselves permission to do exactly that.
Not to rush for answers.
But to create space to reflect.

So our lives can unfold by design, not by default.

The most meaningful moments I am still processing:
🗨️ the AHA moments sparked by an image, a word, or a question we would never have asked ourselves.
🗨️ how quickly trust can grow when a space is held with kindness.
🗨️ walking through the forest, taking in the view, remembering we are part of something bigger than our job.
🗨️ moving our bodies, reconnecting with our breath, and feeling our nervous systems soften.
🗨️ using our senses as a doorway back to ourselves:
a song that lifts us, a scent that grounds us, a picture that reveals a new perspective, a moment of writing that uncovers something waiting within.
🗨️ the heartfelt moment when someone who was a stranger just days before could already name our strengths and energy.

a few tears, a lot of honesty, and the quiet growth of confidence.

we don't always grow by pushing harder.
sometimes, we grow by creating space to remember who we are.

what might you discover if you gave yourself more space to pause?

Thank you @presenceauthentique @alvinachu for co-facilitating this with me. and the beautiful support system who made this possible. ❤️

You never know who’s capturing your little moments while you’re busy living them

My favorite corner of the villa

Proof that plant-based can be a feast

The best vegan cookie I’ve ever had 🤤

Thank you for creating such a beautiful space @cleliboux

It’s funny how a few handwritten words can become something you carry home

Apparently, we weren’t the only ones obsessed with the peach salad 🍑

6:35 a.m. was worth it

Before the stories were shared

Summer lunches done right

Gratitude, reflections, and a little piece of everyone

A little reminder that wellness speaks many languages

Taking it all in

I thought I was building a vision. Turns out, it was building me.

Homemade harissa.
Finally, someone understood my spice tolerance.

Dear future me

No more self-doubt

The kind of view that makes every meal taste better

The journey home was part of the retreat too, I read every word

Until our paths cross again 🤍

You keep moving.
Doing what needs to be done.
Holding what needs to be held.

And from the outside, it works.

But inside…

Something in you is tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.

Not because you are failing.
But because you have been carrying too much for too long,
often without noticing when it started to become normal.

You don’t always have language for it.

Only moments:

when everything feels a bit too loud
when you realise you’re always the one holding it together
when you imagine a different pace of life… and feel both relief and fear at the same time

Just a slow inner noticing:
“I can’t keep living exactly like this.”

And yet, nothing around you is asking you to stop.

So you keep going.

That’s why intentional space matters. This retreat is that space.

To pause long enough to come back to yourself.
To choose yourself first.
So you can give the best of you to others,
not what’s left of you.

And maybe most importantly,

To begin shaping your next chapter on your own terms.

To define what success actually means for you now.
To decide what you want your life to FEEL like.

And to leave with a clearer sense of what you are no longer willing to drift through…
and what you are ready to change.

If you feel that inner call for space…

Let this be a gentle reminder:

You don’t have to postpone yourself.
Choose yourself first.

✨ There are a few spots left to join our retreat.

Write "retreat" below or DM for more info.

There are moments when continuing to push forward no longer feels like the answer. ✨

What is needed is space. Space to breathe, to soften, to listen, and to return to yourself with more honesty and care.

Mental Fitness Summer Retreat is a four-day experience for women who hold a lot and long for a deeper sense of restoration. Through movement, breathwork, reflection, shared connection, and rest, this retreat offers a supportive space to reconnect from within. 🫶

Held in the south of France, it is an invitation to step away from the noise and into a gentler rhythm, one that makes room for clarity, calm, and renewal.

If this retreat speaks to you, this may be your moment to say yes to rest. 🫶

For the women who are “always on”...

There is a way of living that looks like strength from the outside.
Highly capable.
Deeply responsible.
Always holding things together.

You wake up already in motion.
What needs attention.
Who is depending on you.
What cannot be missed.

And underneath it all, a nervous system that rarely fully settles.
You are attuned to everything.
You feel deeply.
You notice more than others see.

But there is a cost that is rarely visible.
Stillness feels unfamiliar.
Slowing down feels uncomfortable.
Self-care does not restore you anymore.

You may have already tried to reset.
Vacations. Long travels.
But you come back… still tired & realize,
You need a vacation after a vacation.

You don’t need more planning.
You need space.
To come back to yourself.
To hear yourself again.

Space where nothing is required of you.
No emotional holding.
No decisions for others.

And in that space, something begins to open.
Relief first.
A softening you didn’t expect.
Then clarity arrives.

You begin to notice the thoughts running your mind.
You learn to question.
To soften their grip.
So they no longer have quiet power over you.

And slowly, something shifts.
You start choosing what truly matters to you.

So life is no longer running you.
You are running your life.

🗨️ Do you need a vacation after your vacation?
