The Blueprint for BioVitality is calling, and in just 30 days, we’ll be gathering at Finca Mia in the Costa Rican cloud forest to live, learn, reconnect, and remember what it means to feel fully alive. As I’ve been reflecting on the pillars of BioVitality, I keep coming back to one in particular: COMMUNITY. CONNECTION. Trying to heal, grow, and relearn how to navigate all of our relationships alone can feel like a Sisyphean effort — endlessly pushing a boulder up a hill, only to watch it roll back down. And when we do it alone, who’s there to celebrate when we reach the top? Who helps us catch the boulder when it falls? Who reminds us to laugh, breathe, and enjoy the pursuit itself? What if we stopped trying to be the hero of our journey all by ourselves? What if we did it TOGETHER? Together in our relationship with Self / God / a Higher Power, with Nature, with our bodies and somatics, with the alchemy of transformation, and with one another. That’s what this journey is about. Not just learning a Blueprint for BioVitality, but living it — in a place that invites us to slow down, get curious, reconnect, and remember that we were never meant to do it all alone. The Blueprint for BioVitality Yoga · Nature · Somatics · Alchemy · Community 📍 Finca Mia, Costa Rica 🗓️ November 24 – December 1, 2026 👥 Facilitated by @adam.brous & @soniaazadtv ⏳ 30 days until we go ✌️Just 2 spots remain Explore the itinerary and imagine yourself here with us! If something in you is resonating, if this is calling you, all you have to do is say: HINENI🪬HERE I AM Take the leap. Join the community. Come home to yourself — and find your people along the way. 30 days to say HERE I AM. Two spots remain. One incredible journey to share. Pura Vida! 🤙 We can’t wait to see you at Finca Mia 🫶 📸 @sayless.meanmore | 1,2,16
