Wyoming made me EARN state 20 😮‍💨😂

Dropped into Cloud Peak CrossFit in Sheridan and Kelly had other plans: 5 rounds of a 400m run, 30 box jumps, and 30 wall balls. By round two, I was blaming the air. 🤣

I didn’t beat the time cap, but the people made this stop worth every rep. From walking me through the running route to the conversations after class, this crew made me feel welcome.
The coach’s advice stuck with me: stay consistent, listen to your body, and play the long game. You don’t have to win every workout to keep getting better.

Finished the stop with a little Sheridan exploring and Bison Coffee. ☕️

Thank you, Cloud Peak CrossFit! 🙌
20 states down. 30 to go.

What’s the best advice a coach has given you? 👇

No day shall erase you from the memory of time.
Thank you to everyone who took time out of their days to honor and remember all the lives lost on September 11, 2001.
A special thanks to Clint Wood of Sheridan Media for spending the entire day with us and capturing so many of these incredible photos. Sheridan is lucky to have his talent, and we are especially grateful for it.

Cancer has taken a lot of things away from me and continues to do so. The one thing I won’t let it take is my gym time. I am still going to the gym every day I feel good. However, the gym does look entirely different than it did 5 months ago. And truthfully, that is one of the biggest things I continue to really struggle with. Back in February I was a top 25% CrossFit athlete. Today…not even close. It is very defeating and humbling. So on days when I can still lift heavy(ish) I will take that as a win and hold onto it for dear life. So grateful for my gym family and the safe place they provide me. The cheer me on, the hold me when I cry, and the hugs are the best. Thank you @cloudpeakcrossfit #cloudpeakcrossfit #breastcancerwarrior #sheridanwyoming

Crazy to think a year ago I couldn’t do toes to bar or a wall walk.

Hard work pays off.

“There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

You might see a lot of brands in your inbox fighting for your attention today. That’s fine.
For us, we hope you put the credit card away and live today the way it was intended.
Go outside. Be with people you love. And if you’re up for it — do Murph.

It’s the hardest workout most of us will do all year. A mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, another mile. Named for Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who gave his life for his teammates in Afghanistan in 2005.
When you’re in the middle of it — when the legs are gone and the pull-up bar feels impossible and you still have a mile left — remember that the man this workout is named for faced something infinitely harder.
He didn’t hesitate.
That’s what today is about.

Thank you to every service member who has served, sacrificed, and given everything.

Our team located across the US participated today. Where are you doing MURPH today?
